Clinics of north texas Review

I went to the Clinic Care Saturday 8/38/2021 at 3:00 pm because I had sinusitis and was in a lot of pain on right side of face and teeth. The FPN I saw agreed and said she would call in an antibiotic to my pharmacy but never did. Pharmacy never received it and the clinic care would not answer phone. Called clinic care the next day, Sunday 8/29/2021 and explained everything to lady answering the phone. She said she would give all the info to her nurse and they would call the antibiotic prescription in and also call me back. Never received a call and pharmacy never received prescription. Another day gone and have been in extreme pain for 2 days now. I ve always gone to the clinic care but will never again. Terrible service to patient that pays for no service rendered.

I have been going to Clinics of North Texas every since Dr Truilijo was there & retire. He referred me to Dr Murjurkki, who was by far just as good as Dr. Truilijo, once he left I was referred to Dr.Tanjavur...who in my opinion ranks right there with them. as

I waited 45 minutes in the OBGYN office and several others arrived after me and were called back before me. They said the wait was due to the remodel, but they didn t communicate that they were running an entire hour behind schedule. Don t waste your time here, just go to The Women s Clinic.. you may have to wait a couple months for an appointment, but they re friendly, helpful, and actually see you at your scheduled appointment time.
I couldn t leave a review on Carrie Brockreid considering I never saw her.. but in general, I won t be returning to the Clinics.

Doctors and nurses are okay, receptionists are rude and don't really care about the patients, receptionists also lack communication skills, and good customer service, I was treated very poorly. the manager over the receptionists has her own agenda and is also quite rude. Would NOT recommend. Don't waste your time or money.

Definitely some of the best medical professionals in the country. I went in to see the the primary care doctor who I had not seen in 6 years, and was treated like I had never left. Dr. Eric Yap and his team are phenomenal.

My pediatrician is really good here. I had difficulty one time not being able to be seen when my daughter was sick. But I have had a better experience recently, a few months ago, when my daughter was sick and we were able to make an appointment that same day. My pediatrician is always friendly and helpful.

A friend of mine took her baby just this morning to get checked out at the pediatric walk in care. She was skipped a total of 7 times and after the first times being skipped she informed the receptionist that she had signed in before everyone else that walked in. They told her oops and she had to check back in. She was told this was her fault. Her baby was so sick and felt so bad she just cried and slept. My friend is not confrontational and would not inform the receptionist of this mistreatment. I have informed her that though the clinics of north Texas might have been decent 10 years ago it has declined into one of the worst areas you can go to in Wichita Falls. My family used it for years (with many members working there in various capacities) and every single one of us refuse to step in those doors today.

Especially to protect your children do not bring them here.

Billing and front desk don't know how to do their job. $700 for pediatric shots?! I paid self pay for shots then they charge me the rate for insurance... but there's "nothing they can do" because that's how it was put into the system.
Loved my doctor but I will not be screwed over by the billing office anymore!

What an amazing first visit we had with Midwife Brockriede. So professional and nice. She made me feel comfortable, welcomed and heard which is Crucial for expecting mothers to have with the person bringing our babies into the world.

The pediatrician stuff is the worse they don't care about patients. Had call 2 days in a role and still didn't get to talk to pediatrician. Then another time my son sick called again and still didn't hear from the pediatrician then when I call them again they were rude. I tried to get a new pediatrician and they told me I couldn't because all the doctor cover for each other this place has the worse service I've ever gotten anywhere.
