Kelsey was very helpful, friendly and professional. I love walking into an environment where the co workers are friendly with each other but remain professional which is exactly the vibe in this office!

During my visit I was screening for a Diabetic Research study by Mr. Nicholas Trinidad, BA, Outreach Coordinator, who was positive, professional, diligent while discussing the opportunity. Actively Listening to me, is often an overlooked art, however, not the case with
Mr. Trinidad. He was stellar for his communication skills and I would definitely describe him as an Asset for Clinical Trials of Texas, Inc.

Had an appt at 8am, was not taken back for a healthy screening until 9am. I get you are understaffed, but multiple people were there for the same thing after me and were taken back before me. I had a meeting for work I needed to attend, so I went to the front desk and informed them I had to leave in 15min and would need to reschedule if not called back soon. And like magic, I was called next. After going through all of the questions, I mentioned that I get sad/depressed about once a month, and that was reason enough for me to be disqualified. I understand that they have to be cautious, but everyone feels sad occasionally.

CTT does wonderful work and I would encourage more people to participate in clinical trials to help develop new medications and treatments. The staff is super awesome--after several visits we have never had a negative of experience at all. These folks are doing great work, so please support them!
