On 06/24/2020, the day before surgery, the patient received a call from the chief nurse of the Los Angeles Clinic alerting her that the surgery was not authorized the following morning because the Covid-19 exam had been done a few days ago, the surgery had already been authorized by the anesthetist on the day of the consultation.
It was necessary for Dr. Sandra to contact the anesthetist directly so that the situation was resolved and the surgery was performed.
I opted for this clinic because I already used its services and was well attended. Today, I want to leave my dissatisfaction with the team of professionals working at this location, the lack of commitment to the patient, his emotional state and everything involved with the situation.
I will never return to this clinic and, as far as I can, I will not recommend it and I am sorry that such a renowned clinic has lost all its prestige.
