Clinic dermatech defence colony is well equipped and staffed but their major drawback is that they take up all the money up-front that they don t bother later. It is so difficult to get an appointment for laser even if you call a week in advance, and if you re a working person then forget that you re ever getting a time as per your convenience. They have taken up so many clients that they cant even handle, and you keep struggling to get an appointment. Ofcourse they don t tell you when you first visit and give all the money is advance, once I am done with my sittings here I am never renewing

The staffs are really professional and I had no problem in getting appointments. The doctors have also helped me a lot while I was freaking out. Thanks for the service.

I really like the staff here. My laser hair reduction treatment has been performed by Skin Practitioners Anita and Lovely. They are both wonderful. Made me feel at ease and comfortable. Very good staff and better management than other skin clinics that I have been to.

Recommdation for good laser services in south delhi

Their clinic in Defence Colony is really bad. The staff there are extremely rude and untrained. They only thing they are interested in is Sales. Once they have sold you whatever they wanted to, the customer can go to hell. They don't care. The Clinic Manager doesn't have the basics of Customer Service. I don't know how these people are even hired!!!

Got my dermaroller sessions done from here. cannot see any change in the skin texture or any scar getting filled. infact I feel my skin texture has worsened. Doctor is always in a hurry and gives vague answers to questions. The staff also doesn't follow up for appointments, once the money has been paid in full. Bad experience.

I have been to Dermatech in 4 different locations in Delhi. Def Col Dermatech by far has been the best in terms of their services and customer satisfaction. I m very happy with the results. A personal favourite there is a practitioner called Kavita. She never fails to meet you without a bubbly smile on her face and is extremely well versed with her work. I rather look forward to my laser sessions :)

It's waste of time and money.its a complete money making business, please don't get trapped on word of mouth.i got my face laser done from here .even after spending such a huge amount my facial hair gotten worse.even follow up session are not helping.

Beware! They are not equipped to handle cases that they mess up with. Got my daughter's laser hair removal of the face done. They have ruined her skin. Their dermatologist should have immediately stopped the treatment when a rash broke out. Instead she recommended creams that they sell and continued giving my daughter laser. Now we are running around to various dermatologists for her treatment.
Since I had already paid up , they refused to refund my money. Instead they offered to adjust the amount if I availed some other facility. So I opted for laser treatment for removal of hair from the armpits. The sessions are over, but the growth has not gone. It's reduced to only some extent. Every time a new person attends to you and there is no consistency in the treatment. One person takes five minutes for the session while another takes 20 mins.
They are just fleecing people..don't think they have qualified staff to execute such sensitive treatments .

Total waste of time and money
Initially I went there for face laser hair reduction
They sweet talk you for more packages and after you pay them person who has promised you benefits will be transferred or leave job
Total money minded, staff very rude unprofessional
I could not get appointment there since11 months
Every time they have some pathetic excuse about full bookings even when they call to ask for appointments
Definitely will not advise my enemies also to go there

Worst experience I had I had gone for filler Doctor was so unprofessional she took 1 hr as a waiting period and done the filler procedure in 10 mins without bothering about me. The entire filler got collect in one place under my eye then after 3 days when it did not diffuse doctor called me and start pressing with full pressure I could have lost my eye if I would have not stopped her.then I didn't go to dematech for any thing that filler is still collected under my eye .

i love how this place has free drinks from their fridge for the customers and tons of chocolates in the waiting area. I like that the waiting area feels like a living room. i went for the hair removal and its been great so far hopefully i stop at 6 treatments. I def feel as if the hairs are thinner

I made the biggest mistake of my life by going here for laser hair reduction. The staff is unprofessional and rude.
I purchased the more expensive laser treatment as they promised it was safer and less painful, after I got one session done, the machine went bad and its been 6 months, they haven't done anything about it.
