Dale did a fantastic job on my air-con. I can not praise his professionalism or attitude enough. It was a difficult repair job due to a previous installation . He arrived 4 pm Friday and worked solid until 8pm to get the job done. He was friendly, obliging, super patient and courteous at all times under tiring conditions. We're really happy with our new air-conditioning system at our house in Hemmant. The staff have been brilliant. The installer's were very friendly and professional and the unit looks great. I really appreciate the effort that was put in to install the condenser and run-off pipe out of view... This was a fiddly job but nothing seemed a hassle for these guys and it was a pleasure dealing with your company.
Me and my partner engaged Climatrol after the recommendation from a friend to do some work in our apartment in Teneriffe. And we could not be happier with the service the team gave us. It was definitely not an easy job, and they organised everything from the A/C installation to the patching and painting (which was required as we needed a bulkhead added to our second bathroom, to hide some of the equipment) we could not recommend them highly enough.
