I took 3 envelopes for mailing. I was surprised that none of the employees were wearing masks. Their response was something to the effect of "if it makes me feel better, he would put on his mask ".
As we're new to the area, I was looking forward to using Super Postal for our shipping needs. On Saturday my husband and I visited the location to ship holiday gifts. My husband inadvertently entered Super Postal without a mask. He immediately realized the mistake and went out to the car to get his mask. I apologized to the woman working the counter. She responded "It doesn't matter, I'm sure some people have died but it doesn't matter" . I explained that the "some people" included my mother, who I lost to covid in June. I've seen news reports of the Covid non believers but this was my first personal experience. Guess what Super Postal lady....the Earth is round too!
Great place. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I shipped very delicate breakables which were perfectly packed for safe shipping. Highly recommend, I will be back!

CHARGED ME FOR USING TAPE ON A BOX THAT DID NOT REQUIRE POSTAGE, HE SAID 1.00. JUST FOR A FEW PIECES OF TAPE THAT MOST WOULD OF DONE FREE

Complete ripoff. Billed a $2.70 surcharge PER $9.80 book of 20 stamps ($12.50 per book); 27.5% extra!!!! $5.40 surcharge to hand us 2 books of USPS stamps!!! Not even places like Publix charges a fee!! I understand a store needing to make profit, and I would've gladly paid an extra $.50-1 per book for the convenience, but $5.40 for 2 is clearly excessive!! Will never ever stop here again even if I have to go miles out of my way.
Honestly, I travel an hour in traffic each way to get to my mailbox at Super Postal Center because I love the people and their service. I highly, highly recommend them!

Always fast and friendly service. The proprietor is helpful and accommodating. I know a lot of 'Snow birds' who love this place. It's like the 'Cheers' of mail boxes and sipping.

The old lady that works in the office is incredibly rude and not helpful at all. She doesn t know how to let you talk and thinks she knows everything. I will never refer or do business there ever again.
I've had excellent experiences at Super Postal Center twice now. Both times I went for fingerprinting and was a little unsure of what I was doing. This time I needed to make an appointment that I didn't know about and then explained everything to me and helped me through the process.
Everyone here has been incredibly friendly and helpful to me and kind and welcoming to my beloved dog as well. The fingerprinting was quick and efficient and the guy who did it wore gloves (COVID) and was clean and careful. I'd go out of my way to come back here.
Helpful Hint: Never pack your mail directly in a postal store. Always do it at home first...
