I had been a customer of CLH for over fifteen years, but recently my agent retired and my account was handed over to Cathy Sills. This was when things went downhill fast. I needed to get new quotes on my auto insurance due to Michigan s change in the law in terms of required coverage. Cathy was extremely slow in communicating with me, was completely unprofessional, and ignored my requests for certain types of coverage. It wasn t like this happened over a matter of a few days, it was over a week and a half, and I still find. the have the correct quotes. I don t know how she even has a job if this is how she treats her clients. I was able to contact an agent for a rival company, and they had quotes for me that very same day, and all of the paperwork was signed the following day. Avoid CLH all together if you can, but at the very least, do not do business with Cathy Sills.
