Unapologetic about forgetting to ship half our order?! All they could offer was a voucher for the next order. Err no thanks!

Order never turned up but money was debited from my account. They also didn't reply to emails sent chasing the order. Would not order from again.

I use CLF for my store, the customer service is unparalleled.. I feel as though I am more than a voice at the end of the phone, or a click on my mouse. Their own brand products are superb, and I am introducing more and more into my store. I think that the bad reviews are from external websites that CLF have no control over..

Lots of promises but just an illusion.
Craig only one who seem to do the job.

This has seen improvement in service.

CLF stock some great products and the warehouse staff are excellent and efficient.

Always a pleasure dealing with CLF always there on the phone if any problems occur(which is rare)and its been brilliant that they have been able to deliver throughout this pandemic and there delivery drivers are brilliant always polite they go and do a better service than most courier's and they always have a big smile and great to have a laugh and joke with keep up the good work guys

Atrocious customer service which has driven me away from a brand I used to buy a lot of. They overcharge and are condescending. Avoid them at all cost.

I placed an order on the Clipper website to send some products to my grandparents during mid March madness when everyone was panic buying due to Covid 19 - it arrived the next day which actually shocked me when Waitrose had closed their site and I couldn't even place an order. Enough said!!

Have been ordering sports nutrition and general health food products from CLF for over two years now. Superb online ordering facilities, fantastic personalised customer services, extremely competitive pricing structure. Deliveries are always on time and in a professional manner.

It's been over 2 weeks and i still haven't received my goods. I am still not even sure they are coming. I don't recommend them at all
