Customer service needs some serious work! Being respectful goes a LONG ways! As a previous manager of a utility company, I would be letting reps go if they spoke to a customer the way I was talked too. I wish we had different companies to pick from, because I would for sure switch in a heart beat even if it cost more money. Plus I was given wrong information to top it off, which is another reason I am giving a 1 star.

My electrical cable, that they installed to my home no telling how long ago, came loose from my house and caused damage. Was their faulty cable but I had to foot the bill to repair damage. go figure.
I would think as much as they save on not physically reading meters anymore that they could check their damn lines every couple of years.
Thanks cleveland utilities!

5/3/20, power out downtown roughly 5:50am. It's now 7:15am, still no power restored and no one at Cleveland Utilities emergency line is answering the phone. No excuse for such poor service.

Our power goes out at least once per week although sometimes up to 5-10 times. Somehow we get bills for over $300 with no central heat and air on half them time! This is only an $800 a month house!

Terrible customer service. They charged me $46.50 late charge because my bill was 15 days late. I paid it the next day (both past due and next months bill) They refused to refund part of the late fee. On the bill it states that the late fee is $11.50. No where is there any mention of an additional $35 late fee. When you call and ask where the policy is listed about these multiple late fee charges they have no response. They said its the policy. Shouldn't the customer be made aware of policies they are going to be liable for?!
