I've been working for this company for quite some years now. It worked so well that now I am where I did not think that I will be. A wide variety of courses were offered, great support and the company believed in me more than I did myself. Open door policy and hard work pays off. The attitude defines the altitude.

I have personally worked closely with Cleshar on numerous occasions and have found them to be a very astute and rewarding company to work with. Their management teams are driven, and have the foresight to provide the individuals with what is required in order for not only the business to achieve its goals, but for the individual to achieve their own goals also.

Great company to work for. Not a bad word to say. Unlike a lot of firms, even the management teams are fair.

I have just finished my first year at Cleshars after 15 years at London Underground. I have found the management team helpful and proactive, and always on hand to offer leadership and guidance. The railway can be a very rewarding industry if you are willing to put the work and time in. However if you think you can register with multiple agencies and cherry pick what shifts you want, don't be surprised when the company won't invest in you.

Became involved in using cleshar last year and I have to say they are the most professional and reliable company I have come across and hope to continue with them for many a year.
