Does anyone actually work at the customer service desk as no one ever answers.

Beyond awful. I feel sorry for the staff having to work under such circumstances.

Not a good court or phone service. If you need to raise a complaint about any mismanagement of your case by a judge. Go to the JUDICIAL CONDUCT INVESTIGATIONS OFFICE website and click on complaints.

Woeful. From lost documents to an appalling level of customer service, this is a dreadful situation.

This place is useless, nobody answers the phone disgrace for a court system

This place is very unhelpful, recieved 0 cooperation from customer services. I haven't yet been rude once, yet everytime I speak to them, especially Mrs Vasu; if that is the correct name she gave me, I'm always treated like I am not human .
I would not recommend this court at all, it has taken several months just to get my name changed and yet once it has been done, it has been done incorrectly. They take no ownership of their mistakes but blame the claimant and tell you to "forget it" and tell you your wrong.
I really hope they use the recording of my call to train their staff on how not to treat customers as I received disgusting customer service and I hope they recognise this review and take it seriously.
Absolutely appalling.

This court is an embarrassment to our legal establishment. You will never get through on the phone to them, and if you expect your claim to be processed with any haste, you are mistaken. I've been waiting nearly ten months for a court date now, predominantly because the court has lost my papers not once or twice, but three times. If you can, transfer your case elsewhere. Clerkenwell and Shoreditch is an affront to our legal system.

If you need someone to deal with matters quickly, go in person, nobody ever answers the phone, I tried for days before giving up

The WORST court for phoning in. Every time you call they switch there lines off and tell you to redial. In addition they are the slowest court I've ever worked with. Literally take forever to do the simplest possession proceedings. WORST COURT

Impossible to get through on the phone. Normally just a recorded message telling you to call back later.

1 star is generous. It is a blessing. 1 star to them is a compliment.

No stars for this awful Court who never answer the phone, despite being on hold for several hours.

Extremely hard to reach by phone, be ready to spend at least 20-30 minutes for your call to be answered.
