The spa and the place very good, but the receptionists are un professional.

Good place to exercise , new machines been added, facilities include gym, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, steam room

I gave it 2 stars because it s a beautiful spa, and the employees are very sweet, but the massage was sooo bad! i don t know what the masseuse did to me, but it triggered a very bad migraine that i ve been suffering from, for a week now.

If your thinking of pampering yourself.. . That's the right place

The place is nice and cozy but a bit too old, needs some renovation. I did facial treatment with Medi-Diamond cosmetics and it was nice.

Wouldn't go there even if it was free. I sat 10 meters away a from the receptionist for an appointment and she booked someone else in my spot cause I didn't give her my number. Sorry for not wanting promo calls and txt

No towels, Spa is closed, disco music and kids in the pool

One the very first spas in Dubai, it still maintain the 5 star luxury quality of service.

Place and service were average and over priced. I do not think i will go back.

I went to all spa in UAE , Cleopatra spa is one of the best , vety profional and relaxing please . i can be there for relaxing the hole day and come out very Fresh . love it

Was gifted this treatment as a bday present. Additional 350 dhirmans later and a sore head from a rather rigorous scrubbing in form of a head massage with oil... will not recommend the same if you value your scalp and hair. Still recovering from the same.

I am a regular customer I decided to do cupping therapy but I shocked with high price and I noticed from a friend of me that they didn t renew the DHA license for this treatment.

Love the place for massages and spa, for men make sure u book with Saji if I like sports massage or deep tissue.

Been using Cleopatras since it opened in 1998. Highly recommend. Staff and place superb.
