magnificent place very attentive the people who work in it with pleasure would return for another loading

The guy that checked me in was awesome.
I was running late because I helped another driver, in turn this guy helped me.
The want you here before 9:30pm I'm told.
Back in along trees before check in if going to building 2 and 3 . Just really pleased with the human decency most of us deserve. Same guy loaded me, in and out.

Would be five stars if the parking lot was better. The layout is a little unorthodox

I loaded at warehouse 2 and wasn't there for 45 minutes. No appointment. Showed up got a dock got loaded and gone. Not a light load but not maxed either. 39k.

If GPS tries to take you on Cloverdale Rd. don't. It has a sign that says no thru trucks. Go to Industrial Rd.entrance just diwn from it on your left and follow road around and Lassonde (Clements) Pappas will be on your left. Slow down and watch for signs for building(s) you need. Make sure you bring your driver's license and have your pick up number handy, at the time of this review, it was a 6 digit number. If you're going to Warehouse 2&3, it is the last building on the road, on the left. Once you pull in, back in onto gravel (don't go too far left, warning signs are there, watch your tires and back up as far as you can safely), and go to your right to last warehouse to check in. Fellow with dreads had me loaded in about 7 mins!! You pull up, put on your load bars or straps (if you prefer), and he'll seal your trailer right there. Park again and go inside to get your paperwork. You'll have to initial in 2 places, print and sign your name. He'll have yellow highlight areas, and will point them out. Friendly and quick!!

Drivers this was an Excellent Place to Deliver to. Small place but they made up for it in service. My appointment was 7PM, I arrived early at 3:30. Took 20 mins to get a door and about 45 mins to get loaded with 44,000LBs. In and out in less than 2 hours. They walk out to truck to assign you a door and come back out to get you when you are loaded.

Good people to deal with...

They said I was late, which may be, because I was dispatched two hours late. Not my fault. Needless to say the people at the shipping desk said they would Try To Fit Me In. In fact I m still waiting to get Fit In and it s been six hours. Still no door assignment. My 14 clock is now at a minus 3 hours. I say avoid it if you can. Tight parking at the docks.

receiving on Cloverdale Rd doesn't take anyone early.
I tried to deliver my load at 830am and they turned me away, so came back 45 minutes before my appointment which was at 1500.
guys on receiving very poor customer service!!! good luck guys, hopefully I don't have to come back to this place again.
I forgot to mention. unloading process very quickly.

Friendly people but dont br late for your appointment or you will sit. They will work you but it can take awhile. Always park next to the dropped trailers before you check in.

I ve been here s since 5:00pm got on the door around 8:15pm , now is 10:00pm and there s no action yet...

Got there barely on time and was rolling down the hey loaded in 1 and a half at most. Guy in shipping was nice and got it done.

Always like delivering here, I usual have a few pallets, so it's in and out for me.

Very good took me right to the front door of my destination.

I pick up here every couple weeks. They allow drivers to park overnight and load by appt. Sometimes if they are ahead of schedule, they will load you early. Very friendly bunch of people!!

Drivers, to help you expedite your load with warehouse 2 - follow these current directions.

Smaller lot but moves quickly. Good staff will get you in and out quickly. Sometimes there is a surge of drivers so be mindful of backing in at the yard to get your dock appointment.

Bottling operations 24/7. They have some good folks who work here. There is the natural turnover w a mid size company that doesn t keep a standard schedule (like a 2-2-3). There is plenty of overtime currently.

Some departments are more laid back than others.

They are investing in smaller projects and have good operational partners (packaging) next door . Stability with this company (long term in Henderson County) should be good.

The most disgustingly lazy group of employees ive ever seen. Was told to move a bulkhead that was laying down to the side. Which i did. There were 2 blankets in here as well. They destroyed my equipment intead of telling me that it apparently fell over while the were loading me. So 2 bulkheads, 2 blankets, and a loadbar later im $1000 in the hole. What an absolute joke.

Prepare to waste ur time,more than couple hours(4,5,6). They don't loading by schedule

When you arrive park across from dock next to drop trailers and then go check in. This place was fast to load and people were very curteous.

If you are picking up most likely you ll be going to werehouse number 2. Go past the first werehouse to the end of the street go towards the left, right before the road split off into the dead end. Turn left go down to the left side and park your truck back up into on the left side and then go into the shipping office with your pick up number, CDL, and trailer number. Back into the waiting area first other wise they won t take your info until you do.

Yayyyyy I didn't have to wait all day to get loaded this place rocks

Driver Friendly, warehouse and yard exceptionally clean. Ample room to manuever Tractor/Trailer. Downside; not partial to Potta Potty use.

I think it s first come first serve..and really fast to load

I deliver here often, and without a doubt this is one of the best places to unload. I am usually in and out within an hour. Just don't be late for your appointment or you will have to wait till they can fill you in.

If you get here on time for your appoinmnet then they are pretty good about getting you loaded fast. Usually in an hour or under, but depends how busy they are. I usually have morning appoinments.

Friendly professional services. Arrived 12 hours before my appointment in the door loaded and out in 40 minutes what more can you ask for

Be careful my appointment was at 11:30 AM and they loaded me at 9 PM.and they gave me a full load for a different location then I was assigned.when I arrived in Portland Or turns out this load was supposed to go to Georgia. I was really mad and it sucked. And everybody said that it was my fault but ,it was actually the stupid company's fault. I will be suing this company because they made me lose a lot of time and a lot of money and a lot of health.so be careful and make sure you have the correct load.cause if it isn't than it will be your "fault".(Check every pallet and box)

Overnight parking nice people slow loading bathroom vending machine not bad pick up at 199 Edgerton rd

If we could give it zero stars we would. Our driver arrived at 10am for an appointment, They over loaded him, then would not re-work his trailer to make him legal. We told them to take the freight off our trailer and they made our driver wait for 6 hours before they would unload him. Not only is the management incompetent at this facility, they hire any moron off the streets to load trucks illegally!! Stay away from this facility at all cost's!!

Very bad place. 7 hours to get a load. Never again.

Tried to pick up a load at 10:20 pm and was told that they stopped checking in drivers at 10 pm. Had to wait until 6 am to check in.

This place is the worse to get loaded I waited 7 hours to get loaded never coming back here!

13:30pm pick up appt, now is 19:00pm, still waiting for a door

Don't be late for appointment or you will have to wait for them to work you in and if they are busy can take for ever. Word of advise if you get dispatched over here and they either say there isn't an appointment or it's a missed appointment I would steer clear seen guys wait 8hrs before and still not have a dock.

Parking overnight it's OK, you can check in early, unloading faster.

Received so fast and friendly they accept loads even you showed up earlier they're so cool i wish Walmart learn from them

Friendly staff. Checked in 3 hours before my appointment, I was finished and leaving in an hour. No complaints here.

Arrived a day early for delivery(Sunday), CLOSE on the weekend... there's an overnight parking, plenty of room to park..

I got here about 11pm ask a spotter if I can stay here for the night , he point me into direction 1/4 mile behind a second werehaus. great place parking for about 10 truck. It was me and two other truck

It took forever to load. They are very understaffed. The employees that were there were pissy and tired.

Loaded 10-27-20 had a 19:00 pickup got there around 11am got loaded right away great place.

Very friendly staff, revived my load a day early. Delivery was quick, only took about an hour.

Reciving is on Cloverdale Rd, but it's only for empty can's. Shipping labels are revived at the Shipping office on Egerton Rd.

In and out in no time. Everyone was nice. It is nice to be treated like a human. Last warehouse on the right is shipping. Make sure to park your truck in a stall facing the warehouse before you check in with shipping. They will make you move your truck first before they will check you in. They bring you the paperwork at the end.
