ClearTax India Review

This website was suggested to me by my senior at office. Initially I was skeptical about giving my details on the website. However, I went ahead and completed the e-filing. The UI is extremely friendly and the process went very smooth. I was able to finish the e-filing within 10min.I even got some free coupons at the end like cure.fit. Overall the experience was good. Last year also I did e-filing again on the same website. I have never done e-filing on the office government website as it is a very tedious process, so that was I feel clear tax is best. I have already recommended it to few of my friends who have used it last year.

We run a restaurant and was looking for perfect e-invoicing software. Thanks to cleartax for building such user friendly interface and smooth invoicing process. Keep it up and I would suggest to improve customer support but that is not a big issue from us.

Opted for their service for creating a company based on ratings they publish for their services on their site, which is very impressive (4.2 or 5 stars).

The service is pathetic.

After I availed their service, I did write a review on the service that I availed. The ClearTax conveniently excluded my review or rating from appearing or affecting the overall rating.

This just shows the process and legitimacy of their ratings as displayed on their website. Beware of their ratings, they are selective!

They are highly money minded. Once you pay the fees, they will talk to you ONLY through software. Even after months of you having some difficulty in providing some details, they don't care to call you or check if there is something you need help with. As they 'got' what they wanted. It becomes your duty to figure out what you want and go behind them now.

For Fssai registration they informed government fees was 15000(excluding professional fees) when asked for mail confirmation they mentioned 12000 ..when rechecked on call they said 10000.
But on government website the fees is only 7500.

Did not expect such an unethical behavior from a company like cleartax.

I am using their e-invoicing software from last couple of weeks and would like to thumbs up for making it such user friendly and easy to use. Keep it up I would give a try of their other softwares as well for my business in near future for sure.

Professional Support provided for very nominal pricing. I have been using Clear Tax for the last 2-3 years and so far had very good support and experience. Great team, keep up the good work.

WE ARE USING 2 YEARS THIS (CLEAR TAX) SOFTWARE. INITIALLY WE ARE FACING SOME ERRORS ( SUMMARY GENERATION) . NOW IT IS OK

Great application really like the support and they have easy to learn software as well. I am getting the hang of it and support team is ready to help the new learners at every step.
