No problem with delivery as arrived on the day as informed.

Excellent service, prompt delivery, good packaging and quick replies to any questions.

This is my first time dealing with Clear Chemist and first impressions do count.

I m paying for private prescriptions through Clear Chemist.
I was supposed to start treatment this week however, I stumbled across some complications between my private clinic and Clear Chemist.

Thankfully after speaking to Dominique at Clear Chemist I couldn t of asked for a better service.
She was personable and professional and made sure I was kept in the loop via phone calls and emails at all times.

I wasn t able to do a lot of the calls and emails myself and she kindly did that for me.
Something which they are not expected to do.
Dominique took a lot of pressure off me and made the process a lot less stressful.

I can not recommend using them enough!

After a royal mishap by Royal Mail in delivering my prescription to them - they recieved it, prepared it and sent it out to me within 2 hours. Couldn't ask for more really. The only very slight negative was that I couldn't get hold of them on the phone or online chat at times - but there were other ways to contact them. Thanks CC.

Also refusing to change my name due to it being different on the prescription, overall satisfied most of the time.

Good company and generally reliable . I did have a problem on one occasion and my prescription was nearly two weeks late because mostly due to issues with their delivery company - not really their fault ...but they did change delivery companies not long later. So would recommend x

I needed to fill a private prescription and found the Clear Chemist process easy and straightforward. One of my items was not available anywhere, so I just resigned myself to not getting it, but Sarah contacted me to say she had found one box and would I like it!! Incredible service! And then the next day she contacted me again to say she had been able to fill the complete prescription. Amazing service and I am very grateful!

I have been using Clear Chemist for several months and their service has been second to none. Easy to place orders and deliveries are always on time.

The service was fine and prompt, the delivery fees to Ireland were quite steep for the package tho.

No complains from my side. Orders are handeled fast, had some small issues back in the days but they was sorted out fast and with no problems. 4 stars because it's in England and i'm in NI so i'm always overpaying on delivery.

Great service. It's pretty much my only way to get my prescriptions due to the NHS being completely incompetent. Shipping is fast and while a bit expensive, they make up on it for their incredibly competitive prices of the products they sell

Great savings on fantastic price however you need to improve on communication especially tracking details which was unavailable, didn't know when parcel will be delivered despite having tracking number which was not Royal Mail tracking number .

I want to speak about Sarah in your Dispensary Team. I so appreciate what she did for me recently. I am transitioning from male to female, not yet full time as a woman so still living with my wife. I get my HRT meds from you but I don't want my wife to see or have to sign for them when they arrive, would be rubbing her nose in it. Sarah knew about my situation and tried to contact me to inform me that my requested delivery slot could not be guaranteed. She didn't get a response from me in time so decided NOT to ship my meds until we'd spoken to make other arrangements. I so appreciate her concern for my situation, a rare quality in my experience. Sarah is SIMPLY THE BEST!

Awful online chemist. Ordered a common OTC medicine for a common medical condition back in October 2018. Medicine gave enough for 3 days use only, and this worked perfectly. 4 months passed in good health before the same COMMON condition resurfaced. After ordering more medication, sale was refused, with Clear Chemist suggesting that my original COMMON condition from 4 months earlier had lasted more than 3 days!! The situation is no different from someone having diarrhoea, taking dioralyte, then 4 months later having diarrhoea again and being told to see their doctor because their diarrhoea had lasted more than 3 days!! Clearly, Clear Chemist automatically assume all their clients are really junkies looking for their next fix!!

Super helpful customer service that were very quick to respond to my problems, making sure I had got my meds for when I needed them. I'm very grateful to them for sorting out my mistakes so quickly and professionally!

I Have been very happy with both the speed of the service and the customer service. The prices are very affordible as well. When you order early in the day i've then had next day delivery..

The product was fantastic but the delivery time was was a week my 2nd order that has ordered the day after this one has still not been and I am still waiting for a tracking number cannot understand this 48tracker service the other order might take 10 days there is no updates so your sceard to move this parcel sent me a update on Saturday morning saying the parcel will be with you soon it never came till Monday but I stayed in on Saturday till the afternoon.
