I hired Cleaning Llamas to clean my sectional and bedroom rugs, and I’m seriously impressed. They were on time, super professional, and took the time to explain everything before they started. No harsh chemical smells, no rushed job just clean, fresh results.

What stood out the most is how gentle they were with my upholstery (West Elm fabric couch) they knew exactly how to treat it without damaging anything. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other cleaners leaving residue or even stretching the fabric. This was the complete opposite.

They’re based in Buffalo Grove but came out to my place in Arlington Heights with no issue. I love that they’re a small local business that really takes pride in their work.
