Clean Country, Inc. Review

This company owes me several thousand dollars. Even after they closed they continued to send invoices to there old contracts. I worked my ass off to win these contracts and currently do them. Those of you who was let go. Get in touch with the procurement officer of janitorial contracts for your state and ask what you need to do to be able to take over the contracts. That's what I did and even though I didn't get paid for a while I did win the contracts and I am now the general contractor with 5 year contracts. Still don't help not getting paid and it's pretty low down and dirty.

This company shut down on 5/17/2017 sending voicemail notifications that day to their employees and email notifications to their contracted facilities. As an employee of the company for almost 5 years I was very upset at the lack of any consideration for their employees (or the facilities they clean). I pray that the employees at the main office are able to receive unemployment to help them until they find another job. However, a lot of the janitors (independently contracted via Clean Country) depend on this work as a second income to make ends meet and don't qualify for unemployment. Now as my final pay day arrives, I sit here anxious, with my fingers crossed, hoping my wages show up in my account and I don't get let down a second time by Clean Country. I just would have appreciated a couple weeks notice.

Worked there a month and this whole time tried to contact them about supplies and other matters. I just found out today they closed down on 5/17/2017 and I nor the facility I serviced knew until today and to add insult to injury I was never paid a cent for my work.

I work my ass off and all I get in return is negativity ! I've gotten one raise in 4 years for 10 cents ! What an insult for all the work I do !

I am sharing this review because of the fact that today is 6/24/2017, a little over a month now that I have been laid off with Clean Country in KS and still have not received any notifications as to when I can expect to receive my last pay check. There was supposed reports that they had filed bankruptcy but my employment ended so abruptly, without notice, and then no pay check on top of that after a month and still counting the days.........this is just unacceptable. I do share my best wishes concerning the employees. Every one I worked with was great!
