I want to tell the truth about this place n that I had experience with them. One of my social worker lady suck, didn't help me what so ever n very, very rude. She can Minipulated n think she all that n know every thing. The rest social worker very nice. 1 house keeping lady is very rude n rest nouse keeping is good. Most front desk people r nice. 5 entree food good. Most of the food is bad. Is over cook. Fork, spoon is always dirty. Activity staff r the best except one head boss activity is a lier n will get me a job. Not!!! 1 young CNA lady is very rude. Alots of staff always on the phone while they work. Didnt pay attention to patient what so ever. Family emergency I understand. Either they play game on the phone or read or watch video or only one listen music on the phone. The lady head boss. I do not like, won't let me talk n wont time for me. The rest of the lower boss is very nice n caring. The security people r nice. All the nurse is the best except one young I didn't like. I hope u like my true experience that I use to live. Honestly I'm not coming back to that place ever again. The good thing about the place, is u can walk to licoln zoo park. It take 10 minutes to get there. That the part I like.

They treat you well when they know that you are bright and stand up for yourself. They started increasing my meds until I protested, then they lowered them.
There was a man there that live there for 10 years. I asked him if he had family and he said yes, but that he didn't know where they were.
I found his family in 5 mins. a simple Facebook search.
I texted them with the phone, they called back almost immediately. They said that they lost him 10 years ago.
I gave them the address. When I told the caseworker... they seemed to be angry at me. Told me that it was not my place to do that. That was their job. I told them well, they are coming for him tomorrow... so figure out what you are going to tell him.
Long story short, they came, took him. and I winded leaving 1 week after that. They told me that i had to leave because i didn't have social security disability and public aid was not going to pay anymore.
I left and became homeless for 3 months until i got SSD and got a studio.
Im doing good now.

I found a piece of land that I really liked and was going to purchase a home. I put a $1000 down payment and something happened beyond my control had to cancel. With that being said I went to get my return.
Instead of getting my return they charged me another $1000. Still trying to get my money back after 5 days and it's nobody's fault but they can't explain to me words at and why I haven't regarded back yet so therefore now they have $2000 of my money I still don't have a house Just be careful who you give your money to. And all they keep telling
me is not their Fault and how sorry they.
