Horrible! All the licensed therapist have quit! No real help at all other than prescribing medicine. Attitudes of workers also horrible. And I don t know the point of the case manager (supervisor), he does NOTHING!

I feel like they don t about my mental health because they answer phone calls and transportation don t either

They have the nicest staff ever... They have very inviting personalities. If my son likes you then that is saying a lot, because he is not a people person...

I have had great results over the the past year. My therapist Joy is very personable and attentive. With my particular issues it's very hard to trust anyone, but I trust Joy.

This place is the most fraudulent business I have ever encountered. The only reason the va even sent them my referral is because they were one of the few that we re currently seeing patients with everything that was happening due to covid19. I have severe mental challenges and this place exaggerated my issues after one visit. They do t follow instructions and getting an appointment was like pulling too the. At my first and only appointment a male staff turned off the lights and was walking almost on my heels and although it may have been unintentional it definitely caused me some anxiety. Also the call center are full of incompetent people. Janice in the call center is the most rudest unwilling person I have ever encountered. After two attempts at getting an appointment scheduled I was done. After I complained to the nurse director about my poor service and how I should not have to tolerate poor customer service they sent my referral back to the va not knowing I had already complained to the bad about their service. I wouldn t dare have the va pay them a dime. The whole faculty is a complete joke and I wasted have a day doing a half a$$ intake with someone who thinks it s okay to eat and take there shoes off during a patient appointment. These people are the epitome of ratchet classless ghetto just in it for a check never mind what condition you may be struggling with these people have zero concern from you well being and it shows asa you step foot into the facility. Forgot you mental stability these people do not care! Please take your problems elsewhere. After all the running around they made me do to top it off their lazy and do not want to do there job. What kind of mess is that? I m sure the only reason this place is in business is because of all the government benefits they are siphoning from the addiction patients. I m glad I m no longer a pastiest her this place would have caused me more harm then good in the long run. Spare yourself

I would give them a negative if I could. The staff members are nothing but liars. They lied to me about my insurance just for me to come there and say they don't except it. When I got there, they stood on the inside and watched me on the outside. The door was locked and after watching me as I was about to turn around and leave then they come to the door and tell me they aren't open yet. After I came at the time the receptionist told me to be there. And this is how they treat their patients trying to get help for their mental health. Fire every single last one of them

This Center has no concern for patients and their well-being. I am looking for another Dr. for my son he love this Dr. that he is with but the staff here is just laid-back. Not all of them but mostly the ones who has a little position. I have left message on the Administrative voicemail the head nurse voicemail and others about my son medicine no one has respond to me and we are in August. Ask for the person over the center they get dome on you everyone knows who they work for. Need better head people over center like this one or replace the ones that are there.
