Clay and Land Insurance, Inc. Review

They are horrible at just the basic concept of business so I can only imagine what it would be like for their products and services! I've called several times just to get a quote for my business insurance and nobody seems to want to get back to me, I've been hung up on and switched back and forth from one rep to the other it's just been a very unpleasant experience. So until they fix just the basic of business I will not recommend them.

After years of being a loyal customer and recommending friends to them, one day they decided that did not wanted my business no more, not even when I try to cancel, is like at some point they did not wanted to talk to me at all. and trust me I tried to talk to them send emails etc.. After all I went with a different company(Big store that also offers insurance services) and they even got me a better deal. I will no recommend them anymore. Sad to see that after years of being here it all ends for... I don't even know.

Even though she's not our agent, Christy Janes was quick to respond to calls and emails and took the time to find out and give us information we needed when we thought we'd have to find new coverage for my mother. Mom was reinstated, but I really hoped we could use Ms. Janes since she was much more helpful than the agent in Nashville my parents currently use. Unfortunately, C and L doesn't represent any of the insurance co's covering us so we can't transfer but I definitely recommend her.

I had a commercial policy through Clay and Land for three years and then we moved our operation to a different part of town. I asked my agent to set up a new policy two months in advance and he let my insurance lapse for 2 months after I moved without telling me they were not setting up another policy. When I brought up that concern he had nothing to say. Horrible client care. I will not do business with this company again.

I have to give this place a zero, but one (1) is the minimum. I contacted the main office for quote; they gave a an older gentleman (I will not use names online) who took my info, passed a few emails to gather additional info. I placed 2 separate calls to the man to get the quote and never heard back from him period.

I decided a second attempt since C&L rep so many different companies. This time I was handed to a lady. Similar to before, lots of good help initially (basically taking all my info) with the promise to provide quote via call or email. Never heard back from them again.

I can only say for myself that I am a white collar, middle/upper mid income. No reason to have to 'chase' insurance agents in this day and age. Clay and Land would never get my business and I would recommend to other friends to stay away based on my poor experiences.

The team at Clay & Land are great. I've had a chance to work with Neal McConnico on a few claims and he was very knowledgeable and moved the process along quickly. He also has a great support staff that made sure that everything was done as fast as possible and correctly. Great company, great people and a great experience. I recommend them.

I'm always pleased when contacting my Customer Service Rep. If necessary, I'm able to speak with my Agent with no delay. I recommend this Company with ANY of your Ins needs. They sell absolutely everything. Home, Auto, Life, Health, Aviation & Trucking. They also offer Ins for all of your Commercial needs...
Win I hit the lotto and have a need for all of this, I'll keep my business here with them. I love that they're pretty relaxed yet professional.
