We purchased a 6 station system to run our distribution operation as well as the warehouse store. With Classic's assistance via remote online communication, we got everything set up and it's been working just great ever since. We had equipment included in the order and they installed all the software and equipment, so when it got delivered to us all we had to do was plug in the cables. It's a really great system and does everything we need an accounting system to do and then some more. Total cost was $7000, which was a one time fee and no monthly or annual costs, which we didn't want to have to pay. We've never regretted this expenditure - it was well worth the money!

I have a retail store and about 8 years ago, I got 3 Classic pos Retail management system pos stations, computer, software and receipt printer. It comes with accounting, so now this does everything for me, retail sales, online sales, I can pay my bills, order my inventory, everything.

I have always got really good service from them since the beginning, they gave me all the training I needed to learn the program. I pay their tech support which is incredibly cheap and get all my questions solved quickly. They log onto my computer and show me what I did wrong and how to fix it. And they also provide online training.

I m very happy that we got the system and would recommend this company to anyone.

We've been with Classic Pos for over 15 years and we run their retail POS an accounting system on all of our 5 locations.
This program has helped us manage our sales and inventory and with their multisite we've been able to manage all of the locations through our head office.
Their service is just terrific, whenever a new staff person needs training is available online interactively and the same works for our Tech support.
I think these guys are just great and I'm thankful we found their program, it certainly helped us keep our business ticking over when other bricks and mortar businesses are having troubles.
I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I was very leery about switching from my POS provider . Classics staff were amazing at taken the time to explain the benefits of there software . They were honest in helping me find additional connections for my system if needed . They followed up with me and even gave me a demo of there software before purchase . Cannot ask for a better service . I would highly recommend and I look forward to using them again and again with my stores.

OMG... Do Not... I Repeat!! Do Not Do business w this company!! I have spent $2000 on a machine/ software that does not work. Customer service is unbelievable, they sent me a pole display that is not compatible with the machine they sent me and will not give me my money back. I have been chasing them over 6 months!! This is ridiculous!! If there are any good reviews they are probably posted by themselves!! Good luck in your business as I had bad luck for my first!!

I purchased their touch Drycleaner system and love it. I find it really easy to use.
I got the complete system and they loaded everything up first and set everything up.
Great service, they respond to tech questions promptly and their online training is wonderful.
I am so glad I went with Classic POS.

A year ago we opened up our grocery store and purchased a POS system from Classic, with pos software plus computer and cash drawer, receipt printer and scanner because it was only a lttle bit more than a cash register and easy on our limited budget and didn't come with an monthly or annual renewal costs.
It was very easy to setup up our inventory. Processing a sale is even easier and we can manage our weekly promotions, which are really importantto us through afew clicks.
We're really happy we bought this system. It's helped us control our inventory and sales and we'd recommend it to anyone starting a store or even a store already open but running a cash register because running a computer pos system is so much easier.

I own 2 restaurants and have had Classic s restaurant & bar systems in both for about 4 years now. I find menu s easy to add to and change.
It's use provides additional security and accurate record keeping

We really like the program. and have 24/7 support which includes online training which we love.

We have owned convenience store business for about 10 years now and use the Classic POS convenience store system with inventory.
We love the program so much we've opened up a second location and put in another system. Classic POS supplied the complete POS station with computer and all the peripherals. They set everything up for us, delivered and installed it. All we had to do was enter our inventory which we could do easily and quickly by exporting it from the first store and importing it into the second store. Nothing could have been easier.
It's a great system, incredibly reliable, and if we do need any assistance. they provide really quick Technical support.
We are so thankful that we got the system and we recommend it to anyone that's running a convenience store.

We decided to add a retail store to our distribution business and got the Classic POS program, because it was offered for free.
It worked so well for us that we added the complete accounting software system, Which is fully integrated, so we don't have to do anything but run our business and all the financial transactions are automatically posted where they need to be in a counting program.
I just love this. It's freed up so much time and eliminated double entering of our accounting giving us the time to better manage our business.
One other bonus has been its reduced our year end accountants fees.
We're really thankful we found this software and highly recommend it.

I have a fast food business which I ran on a cash register and it took tons of time for accounting, so I got a computer touch Fast Food POS system from Classic Pos and it s just great !
Bought the complete system from them including printers etc. at a really great price.
They set everything up for me as part of the package - no additional cost.
Then they provided 24/7 technical support and online interactive training to help us learn the program.
Their technical support was prompt, we got replies to questions within about an hour.
Just love their service and software / product.
Would recommend them to anyone - especially if you re looking for a bargain like we were.

Been working with this company for over 5 years now and we've found them to be just great ! We get technical support with online training when we need it. Good quality equipment. Both POS and accounting in the same software system - so it's easy for us to do our month end reports and financials.

Bought the Classic Pos touch Nail Bar pos system to run my sales and staff - after doing an extensive review of all systems on the market - and it works great !
They supplied a complete POS station, with software and hardware - all setup for me so that all I had to do is plug it in and start making sales.
I now can track all clients previous sales and my reports give me all kinds of details on my sales, taxes and inventory.
I could access their tech support and training 24/7.
I'm really glad I bought this system and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I own 2 nail bars and got Classic's nail bar pos system including an accounting back office to run them. It all works great, I've had no problems. I can keep track of my clients and keep notes on their preferences. Appointments are also easy to schedule and keep track of.

The best is their 24/7 service, which I had to use for one of my locations a couple of weeks ago. My computer crashed and they went online to help me set it all up on a new computer.

I really appreciate their service and would recommend them

Our company has been using Classic Pos' retail pos system for years on a 4 station network and it still runs really great. Does everything for us, tracks sales and inventory and accounting - all in one go.
Just love this system.

Do not purchase anything from this company. I had a horrible experience with them. They sent me a screen that cannot plug into the tower because the tower does not have that port. They refused to refund me and said it was my fault. They never answer the phone or emails. Well they do 3 weeks later. There are glitches in the programing and I am left with a system I cannot use. This one of the numerous issues. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY! Contact me for further details.

Purchased this product and have had nothing but problems with it, can't operate half the system and their technicians can't seem to get it running properly. As for there tech support, useless, you leave them a message and if your lucky they get back to you in about 3 weeks, only to tell you they will get back to you tomorrow, which takes another 3 weeks. At the end of the day, your better off using a cash register and paper order sheets for your kitchen. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

Our company bought the POS with full accounting for our Convenience Store and it really works well.
Our inventory is now right up to date all the time, sales take inventory out as they are made and orders for inventory and receiving - updates our inventory and a/p at the same time.. Saves us a lot of time.
Classic technical support helps us with support on the program and on accounting, which we're not very good at. We get online training sessions as part of our technical support service.
All in all a really great program at a reasonably low price.

We have run our convenience store on the Classic plus convenience store pos for over 15 years and it's been great. We can easily add inventory, purchase our stock in and make sales. New staff get tech support and training when they ask for it.
