Old building but plenty of space. Areas to receive customers with excellent quality.

I don't recall having been more disappointed with the provision of services by a company. A decade ago I had NET's internet and pay TV services, and life went on smoothly .... With the acquisition of NET by Claro and the replacement of NET modem by da clear .. life is hell, and problems only if resolve with complaints to ANATEL and still temporarily. They are rascals, the app pretends to work, and problems sometimes resolve themselves when you call to complain. They use Pandemia as an excuse, but in fact, they are limiting services to maximize their profits, harming users who need to work from home. They are bandits who take advantage of a system with few competitors and lobby with politicians.
