Great place to buy a car They stand behind their work and they don't charge extra

Amazing people. They went above and beyond to get me a great deal on an amazing car. We have had it for about 5 months now and it's a dream come true.

Great place to purchase a vehicle! Drove six hours to purchase a vehicle and the service is top notch. Amazing communication throughout the transaction from first contact until well after vehicle was purchased, honest and very helpful. Highly recommend!!

So we purchased a used Nissan Maxima here. A few days later we realized that the car was pretty much dead. Bad transmission and a list of other stuff. We went back and they made it right. We got into a better car that we love. This place has earned our respect and business for the rest of our life's. Most other places would of just said to bad, your burnt, no warranty. Clarkston Auto went above and beyond and we couldn't be more grateful for there service and dedication to get us into a good car.

So this last month I've been trying to get my car traded and get a new car, and let me just say it was infuriating. I went from dealership to dealership and talked with many different salesman around the valley and was so flustered by all the b.s. and the backwards customer service I was getting, I was honestly getting to the point where to the point where I just wanted to give up. Then I went to Clarkston auto and it was just the exact opposite. The staff over there are just awesome, super friendly, helpful and not trying to pull one over on you. Best car shopping experience I have ever had was over there with Bill at clarkston auto. If your looking for a car and a great hassle free experience I would highly recommend going over there. Great place to get yourself a new used car, with an amazing service center and affordable rates

This was not only my first time buying from a dealership, but also buying out of state. I'm still blown away by how professional and helpful everyone was. Absolutely top notch customer service, and just good hearted people in general. I mainly dealt with Brook, and she really went out of her way to answer all my questions, and or have them answered by Bill or their mechanic if she personally did not know. She 100% went above and beyond. They were never pushy, nor did they try to force me into buying anything, it really was a very unique and humbling experience. Also, very upfront and honest, there were lots of people interested in this truck and I was kept in the loop the entire time. Really, the list could go on and on. They made this experience so well worth it, and most definitely made the paperwork/buying process super easy for me. Very happy customer!!! I live in CO, and had my brother drive up there to pick it up for me, everyone knew what was going on and had everything ready for when he got there. If I could give more stars, I would!! Thank you!

My son just moved to Seattle area and commutes about an hour to work. His only vehicle decided to stop working. Being in town this weekend for Easter we thought we could find a cheaper used car to get him by. We had heard from everyone to go to Clarkston auto sales and that Bill was an excellent and honest owner. We shopped around Saturday morning and decided on a car from Bill. Long story short we had multiple unusual circumstances and Bill was more than accommodating and met with us after hours to get him in a safe vehicle knowing that he had to return to Seattle Sunday. We were able to stay in our price range, he was honest and friendly. He actually met us 3 different times and 2 of those were after hours. The lady in the office also came back to help us too. I highly recommend going here when shopping for a used car. Thanks again for everything.
