Hands down one of the worst agencies in Dubai. Completely unprofessional staff, unnecessarily complicate negotiations, highly insecure about landlords communicating directly with tenants...so much so that refuse to connect via conference calls to negotiate deals. Seem to think that by simply speaking in an English/British accent will result in them winning business. Delusional and desrepectful staff. As a landlord, I would strongly advise to not engage with this firms agents. To those looking to rent in Dubai, I question there sincerity in finding you the best deal. Complete and utter waste of time. Thank god the market is big and offers numerous other options with regards to dealing with better agents.
