Nice place to stay. Stayed here overnight before our Borthern Lights cruise

Very nice and cute hotel. Also the employees were very friendly and nice. Free hot chocolate and coffe for everyone. Only the way to the elivator is kind of dangerous because there is a "speed trap" which you may not see at the first time. I fell over it with my hot chocolate in my hands but maybe my mistake. All in all a very good hotel

Hotel was nice. Only issue is that there was no main light only side lights which made the room dark, however this was t really a problem.

The Restaurant connected to the hotel (Kitchen and Table) was absolutely great. The food was great and the herring fish and chip (know on the menu as back to Britain) was a real schock at how nice it was complements to the chefs.
Manuel and the rest of his waiting staff were fantastic and really accommodating and friendly to talk to. Would definitely eat there again

Location is superb. Parking garage (city park) is just 200m away. Hotel room was fine looking and decent size (we picked the family room to the same price as the normal room), and breakfast was good. Nothing to complain about, but it's missing that last wow factor for me. Strong 4.

Good hotel, central position, few minutes walk from Hurtigruten terminal. 5 minutes walk from centre of Bergen. On the main waterfront. Good breakfast, lots of choice. Modern room, well equipped ensuite, view to waterfront from window.

Great location and great rooms! Large buffet breakfast with great views of the harbor.

Had many flights before finally reaching the hotel. Stairs to travel to room is fine, but a toilet window with no curtain is ridiculous. How does one shower with less than half the window covered? Especially women? I don't know is there a trick that maybe the Norwegians shares, but I am absolutely speechless about this.

Very nice hotel good location near fish market/Bryggen/city center some of rooms are facing to Bryggen you will get a great view. Substantial breakfast Also they have really nice staffs I cut my finger this morning and the staff who works in the restaurant had quick responding to help me.I'd like to stay here next time when I'm back.

We stayed here in May 2016. We liked this hotel with nice amalgamation of modern decor in traditional building. Our room had dark theme and we loved it. Even bathroom had dark finish but elegantly done. Our room had view of bay. Dining area is beautiful and is facing waterfront with beautiful view. Food taste and quality was good.
