Purchased expensive machine and broke just outside the warranty. In the meantime, it has been done several times and already paid 50% of the value for repairs. Machine still not working. Here people are sent from pillar to post. They promise to call back but this doesn't happen. In the meantime, I can no longer do my job properly because they don't have spare parts to help people while they wait for a solution. For such a large and well-known company, they have a very bad service after sales here. In the meantime I don't know what wood to make arrows from because this has been dragging on for 10 months now. I still hope for help.

Shop open until 6:30 PM, but when you arrive at 6:10 PM, don't expect any service or help! the day before, however, bought a Festool Machine for more of 1000, - which hose did not fit, I thought I would go back to buy spare part, but that was a waste of effort. They will not see me again
