Great doctor ! Friendly staff ! My kids had their first visit today and it went great! Thank you !!!

This clinic doesn t even deserve a star the staff is so rude especially with the whole social distancing . I came in as a new patient which my mother recommended me since she s a patient with them as well... long story short they called me in to do blood work and my mother waited outside the waiting room. The waiting room was completely empty and staff decided to kick my mom out to wait outside. My mother was confused and asked why if no one is in the waiting room but herself .there words were that it was COVID rules ... They proceeded to force my mom out until my mother asked to speak to a manager. Manager came out and seen no one was in the waiting room so politely manager told my mom she can stay since no one was in the waiting room . As soon as the manager left the staff/medical assistants also started throwing remarks saying they are not going to remind anyone else about COVID rules since my mother didn t fall through like they wanted. They proceeded to make my mother uncomfortable saying they don t care who it is they will let them know how to follow rules. Whole time I was getting my blood drawn I keept hearing them gossip not only that the medical assistant that did the blood work she shifted the needle while I wasn t looking since I have phobia with blood and left me a big bruise on my vain where she took blood from . If google is able to upload pictures I would . I will try my best to upload the proof of how poorly they treated me and my mother. They also reminded my mother how I m an adult and my mother should not be taking me to my appointments little do they know my mother was my ride to the appointment...

I came here with my 3 foster daughters and just experienced barrier after barrier until an hour and a half later when we left without being seen. First they wouldn t schedule 3 kids in one day because they only see 2 kids from the same family in one day. They made an exception for that day. Then they sent me home to get copies of a consent for treatment when I already had the placement agreement and the MediCal cards or forms.Then when I came back, they wouldn t see 2 of the kids because they didn t have their shot records, which doesn t make sense since these are public in the system that all clinics use. Then the Dr came in to see the one kid who could be seen, and started by looking at her, a teenager, and saying, I m going to have to look at your private part, before even introducing himself to her. She requested a female doctor, and he said there was none. We asked to just skip that part, and he refused to proceed because he said there is a check box on his form for that part. Horrible bedside manner. He told us to go elsewhere where there are female doctors, since we weren t cooperating. A waste of our time. We were the only ones in there, and I assume it ll only get emptier if it s so hard to be seen and if the doctor is so insensitive.

This was my first time coming here and I brought my mom and this location it s extremely unsanitary the floors are disgusting the rooms are disgusting everything the walls are dusty, dirty, oh god never been to a clinic extremely unsafe and dirty.The staff is not much help. I payed and didn t get my receipt. That s why I gave it a one star.

Was going for 10 years I would rarely get sick got a cough and he prescribed me over the counter medicine like waaa? Don't go for more than 1 symptom cause he'll get upset cause insurance doesn't pay for it, they had walkins which is why I went for so long , appt only now..and he's been having an attitude lately cause I refused a referral .switched doctors easy does it

I come in with my mom today because shes having issues with stress and anxiety. We paid 40 dollars to see the doctor. After we paid my mom went inside. 3 mins later she comes back and tells me "the doctor dosent want to help me." I was like what?!! Doctor never came out to talk to me. They refund it my money but arent you suppose to help people out??? Apparently not this clinic...

I advise you to stay away from this clinic!

Dr.Trani is an amazing physician. He sees my whole family. We've been going to him for 7years at least. My children love him, he gets straight to the problem, he truly cares about his patients. Don't expect him to be bubbly because he is a serious character, but he'll grow on ya! :)

I love that I can walk in with 4 kids and myself to get seen without an appointment and walk out in less than thirty minutes. They are fast and friendly.

The staff is super professional and friendly, they are always smiling and quick at getting the patients called. Kudos to the staff for always working so fast paced.
