The customer service experience was lacking, making it difficult to resolve my issues. The shipping took longer than expected, and tracking information was unclear. While the selection of styles is appealing, the overall process felt disorganized and frustrating. I expected a smoother interaction given the positive feedback I had heard.
The design is unique, and the quality is excellent for the price. My only complaint is that the color was slightly different from what I expected based on the pictures. Nonetheless, it's still beautiful, and I've gotten tons of compliments on it. I'll definitely be shopping here again.
