Very disappointed. I have been with this bank for over 10 years and at the right moment KIKB let me down a lot. 02.11.20 I decided to close deposits, withdraw money and exchange for dollars to buy real estate.
I came to the bank at 10.15 at a rate of 81.90. While the girl was processing for 2 hours (without exaggeration), the rate jumped to 82.4 soms.
Further, the cashing commission was removed from deposits - I have never encountered such a thing. Of course, I understood that I would lose interest on deposits, not a small amount, but so that the commission for cashing was also removed - I did not expect this!
Then - at the rate of 82.40, only 10% of the total amount was changed! Referring to the fact that the Treasury does not allow changing more.
Then I had to run to the nearest banks to exchange the rest, of course, at an even higher rate.
That's not all - the children's bank cannot close one deposit for the second day. System error. The course by this time is already 84! They cannot return the money, and when they succeed, they will depreciate by more than 2 soms to the dollar before our eyes !!!
I do not want to deal with this bank, which lets its clients down at the most important moments!
