Never use there pass Never.

They say you this is pass but this pass is nothing but "pay as you go" card for which you pay in advance and in "pay as you go" off course tfl will do ajustment to fare based on your daily,weekly travel limit.

Every time tfl does any adjustments to your fair (which shouldn't be you headache as you pay weekly) they will charge you extra. After that you have to download your payment history and send it to them via email and a person will verify that the extra charge is because of adjustment from tfl and then they return you.

I have to do this more than 5 time in a month.

Such an inconsiderate and lame company. They make their drivers wait in areas for a long time or direct the drivers to go to one place but change destination again once they get there (not for customers). I personally know a few drivers. One driver was forced to wait four hours in West London, when they called the office to see if they can slowly direct him to the direction of home (east London) -because it was coming to the end of his shift and he had work early the next morning (he's a manager at another company) - they flat out refused to allow it, even though it would take him an hour to drive home (quote they said it's the nature of the job). Drivers will obviously be rude if the company makes them drive around like idiots for five hours with only one job on a shift. So stupid. Their focus needs to shift away from water bottles, universal chargers and flight cards and concentrate on treating their drivers well so that the faces of the company for customers won't be a disgruntled cranky driver. I would advise both drivers and customers to stay away. Use Uber or ViaVan.

It used to be right, re: the trains, MTA; now it's wrong all the time.

As a map it is fine, the one star is for the smart ride service offered. You think you ve booked a driver and they suddenly disappear from the app with no warning, leaving you unsure if they are on their way or not (they weren t). Also if you are over two minutes late the app will cancel, despite the pickup points often being a 10 minute walk away. I was in the ludicrous position of arriving at my taxi after 2 minutes and one second, and he refused to take me because of the automatic cancellation. And it s not even possible to rebook the same driver, as I have done successfully with Uber in the past. And they charge you in advance!! Terrible, terrible service

This app is really a lifesaver. It made commuting in London possible for people that have never been there before.

It's a sage work and life saving journey planner that should be listened to and followed 98 per cent of the time! One should not leave home without it.

I travel across London a lot and I can't count the times I walked to a bus stop and it was closed. I lost trains, had to walk for ages, walk to other bus stops.... it never seems to be up to date! Terrible and unreliable service

Best app for public transport imaginable. I use it multiple times a day and it is never wrong. These guys are so good, they're even launching their own bus line here in London

Where to start with Citymapper. I really don t know. Well perhaps I should use the app lol!
They make me feel like I m part of their family. Like they re at the end of the journey waiting for me with open arms and a big smile. Saying well done . I know there has been some criticism of the ceo. But let s be honest, you don t grow a travel behemoth being nice to people. Given the choice between happy and complacent staff, or abused but diligent ones, I d take the latter any day. My time is too important. Keep up the good work Mr Yusuf, and don t spare the whip!

I ordered my Citymapper pass on September the 4th 2019 and I still have not received it over 8 months later despite contacting support 3 times over the last 8 months. The first time it was supposed to be sent to my work address which it was not and again it was supposedly being processed in March for arrival within 1-2 weeks. I have been beyond patient but waiting over 8 months is absolutely ridiculously. The app itself is useful but the customer service defies belief. Very disappointing.

Couldn't live in London without this app. Very accurate and also carters for busy times so your never late.
