I worked for them and submitted the best quality work with proof of their satisfaction, yet they refused to pay +$10K towards the end and they still owe me that money! They cannot be trusted so please share and watch who you work with!

Please, be careful when choosing a plumber. Honestly, when in crisis any assistance is appreciated, but when the same issue returns in less than a week City Wide offers no assistance, but will charge you again. Be cautious and don't be afraid to shell out a few more dollars for a larger company.

It has been 4 days since our air conditioning issue was reported to Citywide, but no one has come to inspect it. We have had multiple days of 95+ degree temperatures and they don't seem to care about servicing the equipment they installed, which is still under warranty.

I ve used City Wide for five years now and they have never disappointed. Johnny on the plumbing side has always been quick to respond and always gets my issues taken care of. The service guys are always quick and professional. If you have any plumbing issue give City Wide a call!
