Overcharged in August 2017 because impurities coming from the water line caused my dripper system to malfunction. It's now December and I'm still waiting for a reply to my 9/20/17 letter. They are the worst utility I've ever dealt with.

This is the worst water company I've ever had. I moved out like 6 months ago and I called them to tell them that I was moving out and they still want to charge me for the water I'm not even using because I don't live there! They have it on record that I called and told them that but won't fix it. My old landlord even called them and tried to take responsibility for the bill since he is the one who has been using the water and they won't call him back! They insist that I pay it anyway. They are very rude on the phone. No manners and no empathy.

I've always had friendly and helpful customer service here, both in person and over the phone. I also found out I had a massive leak and the city sent someone out super-fast on a Sunday. The tech was very friendly, professional and helpful. I have zero complaints and have always experienced outstanding service with the water department.

absolutely the poorest run service in Santa Fe, I waited today to see a tech so they could explain the 300% increase in my water bill for 1200 square foot house with two senior citizens. 500 hundred gallons a day!? are you guys nuts or just on drugs?
The tech did not even have the courtesy to talk with me. I called the Mayor and I will pursue this matter in court, my neighbors are reporting the same results.
I want an official response, now,
and I am not kidding. Will be speaking with the Mayors office and Sen. Udall.

Santa Fe Water Division has been so nice to me, for years. I really miss having my own water meter now that I'm in an apartment, since Wells Fargo was allowed to foreclose my home using false affidavits. I owed 84k, they got $186k for it from the foreclosure auction. :-(

- you need minus stars for this company

- you need minus stars for this company

- their website is not secure and does not adequately reflect payment

- they told a friend of mine with MS that she had an underground leak. She struggled to find leak. Hired another plumner to check it out. NO LEAK. They over billed her, blamed it on leak, and now she owes people for trying to put her yard back in order. I am trying to get her to get them to pay for repairs and punitive damages for the torture of the experience. She had NO WATER for weeks as a result of their misinformation.

Criminal.

You have to be patient with the lobby receptionist - her attention span is very short. When she was initially looking at the required paperwork to start water/ sewer service that I brought with me, she accidentally claimed that the required paperwork s not in order. I showed her that the paperwork was in order. She checked again and correctly agreed. She means well, but you ll have to watch her.

Christina, a water company customer service representative, was very kind and nice. She did a great job in getting my water service going.

Note: If you have a Letter of Good Standing by PNM, the local electric company, the water company will waive the deposit fee.
