No customer service. No human to answer the phone. No one answers at the utility department. They want to call you back. However I have the information in front me that I need to discuss and will not when they call back.
Edit: 6/10/19 Called for a week striaght and no answer. I know how to turn my water on and off so if you don't want your money that's fine by me. I'm trying to be responsible and pay my bills but new port richey doesn't answer the phone so obviously they don't want your money for your bill. I'm disabled or I would go in, but when I have gone in in the past 4 lady's are literally sitting having conversations with eachother instead of answering the phone. I wish I could get paid to talk to my friends all day. ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE ITS YOUR ONLY JOB!!!
All I want to do is pay my bill. I keep being transferred to answering machines or lines that continually ring for 20 minutes and no one picks up. This is ridiculous. I've lived in several places in florida and this town and county is the absolute worst. I just want to pay my bill. Answer the phone
