City of Los Angeles, Department of Building and Safety Reviews

What can I say, government employees are incompetent. There is no incentive for them to do better. The building and safety department is the same everywhere you go.

Building inspector Andy Dorso is very supportive. It s always a pleasant experience to have him. He even helps you how to move forward with your project.

Terrible customer service. service representatives need to improve/work on their people skills.

They are very rude, yelling.... I'm here for business otherwise you guy's i should see this kind attitude ....... be courtesy if you see it's confused help them out why we need so bad attitude sarcasm, tell everyone why'd we here!!!! I wish we can have a little privacy ... tried not yelling why we here.... we deserve respect....
I wish supervisor read my CONCERN FROM 4th floor to 8th horrible and not just me I'm people here they're said something how horrible it's the service.. pleaseeeeee be respectful ..... with this attitude of COURSE we can have very bad day otherwise I don't we should doing business with LA .. I think our mayor should be aware of this issue.... I HOPE I SEE SOME IMPROVEMENTS IN THE FUTURE NOT FAR AWAY

I have several projects here at City of LA Plan Check Department and working with all Electrical Plan Checker is really cool and they are really nice, respectful and very accommodating.
