Their service is horrible. They have several different websites. They have one to view your bill and another site to actually pay it. I'm a millennial. If it takes me over 30 minutes to pay my bill online, it's NOT user friendly.
Awful, just awful! Their billing practices should be criminal. More people need to complain to the mayor and the town council so they know the poor business practices being done to this hard working community.
