Shuttle bus is very comfortable and friendly

Mainly to watch the experience "Water Dance Room", the second time I saw it, although the fresh sense of apocalypse was slightly reduced, but still praised the professionalism of this performance team.

Room is big enough

It's a pity that the sound insulation is poor with the drainage system
The toilet has strong water power but poor cleanliness
Occasionally the smell of smoke from the toilet
But the service is not bad

Awesome place. Quite expensive but sometime feels worth the place. You are more than happy to be around.

Getting a chance to get lucky this is the place you can.

Did a little bit of gambling here friendly staff. Very convenient shuttle to get to old Macau.

The feeling is that when you come here you are rich and worth a visit here in macao

This is a nice, new casino and worth a visit however the casino floor itself isn't great for tourists, only worth your time if you are there to game only and not have fun.

Apart from its grandeur & amazingly detailed and gorgeous interior,I planned to visit there for the FERRARI UNDER THE SKIN - where 10 rare ferraris were on display at Macau for the first time ever inside its premises.

Sky cap, short but free ride. It's not just a stop overlooking the lake. ^^

New experience to explore other great hotels in Cotai

Good environment, well-equipped, a good place for vacation

Nice mall with wide selection of merchandise. Choices of food is a little limited though, compared to Venetian.

Fantastic experience with excellent customer service and an amazing product range. Very awesome design and layout too.

The architecture and interior and exterior design of each district are unique and worth visiting

This was previously Hard Rock Hotel, now named Count Down Hotel. Although the mattress is rather hard but it s a spacious hotel. Not a good variety of food within the hotel unless you have a bottomless budget!

The house of dancing water show was really out of the world. To explore shopping u need ur eyes, to do shopping u need lot of money.

Horrible taxi service after midnight at the casino entrance. The drivers often gang together to select customers who will pay a lot extra for taxi service. Contacted the customer service but there has been no response to that from them. I got threatened a few times trying to get a taxi there

Gather 5 star hotel and casino all in one, and provide free shuttle bus to each hotspot.

Everything was Good and Convenient, even at one point my key card is not working, and I left my passport in the room - They just issued me another new card without "needing to check my passport or any identification again".

....the only problem I got are the VIP Junket operators and dealers are always Unhelpful, whenever another gambler sit on my chair and table when I was away to the toilet, they just ignored, whenever I need to order some beverages while gambling and I missed the waitress, they also just ignored !!
Ignoring never helps! Only create troubles!

Go and see the house of the dancing water you won t regret it!

There s also plenty of restaurants and shops inside the whole complex

You can walk around the mall for a whole day, but all are expensive shops.

Awesome place for stay shopping and entertainment with unique water show with lot of gambling

Been here several times over the years. Always a hip, vibrant and cool place! And now they haf dis awesome slide~~~
Not sure its just me or wht... but the odds of winning here r defo higher than other places like venetians!! Lol

We went here for the show (House of the Dancing Water). The show was amazing but this is just another typical hotel and casino.

Great hotel, good service and very helpful and considerate staff. Guys at the concierge ware really helpful and their recommendations always worked out. Gym is also really nice and they have water and sport drinks down there for free... even fruit I think they ll have if you want.
Breakfast was one of the best I ve had. Very nice, helpful and fully focused you having a good start of your day (in a very good way)
I would definitely go back to city of dreams when back in Macau!

Interesting place to visit, shoping however is a little pricey. The Macau water show is a not to be missed event absolutely fantactic 1.5 hours of non stop entertainment.
