Lads weekend away in brum to see the darts at arena Birmingham. This is literally across the street from the arena so was perfect for us. Had a brilliant time away, the rooms were very spacious, bed was really comfortable, lots of facilities inside, most of which we didn't need or use but it's there if needed. Bathroom good size, the shower was very powerful. Very good
Stayed with young family. Nicely located for Sea Life and Lego discovery land. Apartment was spacious, nice big beds and well equipped.
Secure parking available, we paid a bit more to park morning of check in, which was really handy. Staff were very helpful in organising this.
Apartment was a bit tired in places, made me concerned of the steep deposit, in case marks/dents were blamed on us. Spoke to reception about the snags to be sure, they were helpful and had no issues with the deposit.
I would stay again if in Birmingham, but probably go direct to avoid the deposit so I could relax a bit more.
Curtains could be thicker, especially with the early summer mornings, otherwise a great stay and could stay longer than the 1 night we stayed.
All staff there were really helpful and friendly.
Great place to stay, clean, comfortable and good provisions - we did not really make the most of it as we were only here one night - perfect location for the arena, much better than having a single room in a hotel
Plan to come back again in the future.
(Watch out for the ridiculously strong fire doors - they throw you into the building- be aware if you have young ones or slightly frail individual's with you!!!)
Each time we've been in Birmingham we stay at City Nites. It's an excellent location. They're nice, clean apartments with friendly helpful staff. We've become so comfortable staying there it's like our own home away from home.
Amazing location for after events at the arena. Stayed there after a concert and avoided all the stress of travelling/beating the traffic etc. The room was so spacious and nice we actually wanted to stay there longer. Even during busy traffic the noise was minimal and overall it was an amazing stay and extremely convenient, I would definitely go back and recommend this to anyone staying in Birmingham
Intially booked a stay at this establishment for one month with my wife, whilst waiting for our new home to be renovated. Renovation over ran and so had to extend my stay. The team at City Nites are great and made every attempt to keep me and wife happy and comfortable. It's always a delight staying here. I treated my partner for an apartment instead of the usual hotel while in Birmingham. We enjoyed the confidence of the location and the apartment had everything we could need. We have stayed 7 more visits due to the quality for money. Can't go wrong.. amzing staff at front desk.
Stayed here twice. Nice and clean. Balcony and huge rooms both time! Decent kitchen facilities. Car park was a little tight but where else can you park for long periods of time this cheaply in Birmingham city centre? Car Park was secure.
Stayed in beautiful, specious two bedroom flat. Was perfect for our family in terms of size and great location. The staff were helpful, there is secure parking and we thoroughly enjoyed it and intend to return!
