I have had my soft side waterbed made to order by City Mattress Factory for years, probably 10 years and I still love it! I was telling my Mother about getting a soft side waterbed because she's having aching pains in her hips when she lays in bed and I said well that's why I had a soft side (the kind of waterbed that looks like a regular mattress but has a waterbed in the middle surrounded/outlined by firm foam) so I could enjoy sleeping without pain. That is the only reason I was leaving this comment is because I was looking for a bed for my Mom and I remembered my bed and how I love it still.

Recently had to upgrade my Mom's mattress. Less than six months later and I'm heading there today to buy a third mattress. So happy with the quality of their product. No pressure sales and great customer service.

They have the nicest and friendly staff. I bought a set from them last year and this year I bought mattresses for my kiddos bunk bed. I will keep coming back. The prices are reasonable and affordable.

This has literally been the worse experience of my life with the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. There were endless problems with delivering the wrong product after numerous delays, not replacing it for weeks, and horrible communication throughout the entire process. No one ever picks up phone or responds to any voicemails or emails. I've never ever had a call back in the many months I've tried to get ahold of them. They still owe me a piece of furniture for over 6 months now with still no responsibility to even pick up or call me back. Extremely frustrating that a company like this is allowed to operate.

This has been one of the biggest disappointments. My mattress was supposed to be delivered Saturday Dec 5th. Ordered previous Tues Dec 1st. I waited all day. No call. No delivery. Moved to Tuesday. Moved to Wed between 10-12. No delivery. Truck didn t leave until after 11. It s 7:57 and I m still waiting. Sick and tired of excuses. I will be canceling my order if not delivered by 12.00 noon tomorrow. I have recommended this company to several family and friends. All done now.
