City Mark Hotel Gurgaon Review

Location was good. Peaceful infact. Silent in the night. Surroundings of hotel is bad. Rooms are good. But shower was not working properly. The water coming from shower is going in some other direction. Service is below average. They do not respond immediately. Need two to three reminders to get the service done. Bad quality of soaps provided. Breakfast was good.

Very good hotel, we got it in offer. It was clean when I visited. Very less number of staff were there when I visited.

Hotel is good. Location is also prime near to bus stand. Food is good but overpriced. Stay was comfortable, rooms are also decent. Gym and Spa was closed so bit of disappointment. Room service can be improved.

Situated at the gurgaon bus stand, staff was helpful but the management seems to be a bit lazy. Food was not up to the mark dinner buffet was stale and not matching to the standard quality. Breakfast was good with all the appropriate nutrients required to start your day. Easy to commute by cab or bus as it s only 3-5 minutes walking from bus stand.

The Experience was amazing. The managers were cooperative enough. And the service was commendable. Shed your pockets economically and get many facilities with it. Rooms were lavish. There are categories of room of different sizes, service and facilities remain same.

never ever booked the hotel but seeing mostly passing toward bus stand to my office. it is big hotel with international standard and culture. out side of this has good parking lot with capacity more than 50 cars. this place is situated near Gurgaon Bus stand at a walking distance of 300 meter near Punjab National Bank. it is in Gurgaon District in the state of Haryana India

it's a 4 star hotel with all the facilities and good fooding and is also easily reachable...
