It was a very nice and cozy place. If you are looking for a budget accommodation and an upscale place at the same time, this is your place. The reception, room service, restaurant, hotel boys, everyone is helpful and nice to guests. The complementary breakfast is amazing. The wifi service was good enough for me. The security guards were not the best among the pack, money mongering but unwilling to help at the same time. Everything was great for me.

Very general, the restaurant service is of poor quality and the food is hard to eat. The room smells great, typical Bengal hotel, the bedding is dirty, two words, disgusting! ! ! Don't live! ! !

I went there to family dine. But unfortunately disappointing and frustrating food quality. They didn't serve fresh food. Hope they can regain customer confidence by maintaining quality.

Good place to enjoy a beautiful dinner with friends and family in the 3rd most growing city in bangladesh.

I loved this place. Food is awesome. Nice once to sit in Khulna. Price is very reasonable. If you visit then you should try the beef sizzling and the special fried rice. Thai chicken fry will also get 5 out of 5.

City Inn is a 3/4 star hotel in Khulna. Rooms are well decorated and clean enough. They have good wifi connection. They provide complimentary buffet breakfast. Also have swimming pool. Location and security are good enough.

Onces it was best but now service quality is deterioting, but still the qualityful hotel in Khulna town to stay. Rooms are large having cable Tv, locker, refrigerator, wifi, complementary breakfast.

Its a good location in Khulna city. near from Sonadanga bus stand. Its also near from Khulna Railway station.

This is so far the best hotel near Shib Bari, very close to new market, different branded shopping malls. Easily accessible to bus stand, railway station.
Breakfast is complementary and good in quality. There are two lifts running for smooth access to upper floors. Reception area is spacious. Floor plan and decorations are good. Rooms are spacious and neat and clean. AC are found ok.
So far I know the international cricket players stay in this hotel. Safety and security is very good. Hence it's a calm place. There is no space in front of the hotel to roam around. There is underground car parking area.
Gym is good. Treadmill need to be run and no register is there. Water bottle is expected there. swimming pool is good. Room is neat and clean. Service and stafs are good and hospitable. Like it.

Best place for the travelers in jessore. All the rooms has AC & Wifi. The room tariff is also standard( started from Tk. 1500). Most of the corporate programs are take place in this place. It has a large seminar room and a restaurant. Rooms are safe and clean.

Good restaurant in khulna but compared to the Dhaka restaurants it's well behind too much.

No Proper Laundary Service.. However the Room is Ok and good.
Food Taste ok (Restaurant closes at 10:00pm a big problem for night howlers )
