One big tragedy !!! the second week he tries to re-register a used vehicle purchased in Poland. I get up before 7 in the morning to try to get at least a connection with their one and only their phone and then when I finally get connected I wait in line, the waiting time is usually 7 minutes / 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I disconnect and I still can't connect. A drama with a capital D so that such a simple matter could not be arranged!

As urz dy in Poland go, This one is pretty chilled out, and reasonably easy to deal with. Yeah you'll need to wait now and again and, ideally, pay at least some attention... But then that's true for Life in general. Don't be dumb.
The work of offices, the artificiality of workers and the hypocrisy of this institution are something that I do not intend to agree to, or even move away from such a place. One more star for extremely charming guards who made the gloomy place pleasant with their own smile.
Yesterday I waited an hour to collect the registration certificate. From number 97 jumped to 100. I was 105 and gave up. Today I came in the morning (I asked in the information yesterday, it's supposed to be open from 7 am). There is a note that it is closed due to maintenance
What used to be an innovative, customer-oriented office in the 90s, does not stand the test of time. Customers are not informed ahead where exactly they have to stand in line, how to fill out the applications, what the process will look like. In the end, you keep going from one room to another, and lose time. It took me over an hour to get a document confirming my parents' marriage, and I did not get my birth certificate immediately, although I was born in Gdynia.
