Good cinema...video quality is great. Sound quality needs some improvements.

One my favourite movie theaters in Lebanon. Big screens and big comfy seats with a nice air conditioning and good sound delivery. Very practical as well with the food court and food floor just under you.
And if you register and become a member for free, you can save points on each time you buy any ticket from the booking stand, where eventually you can have free tickets. And you can always have a free parking ticket whilst just buying any ticket.

Small screens require major update to keep up with competitors

the reward program they have is nice. if you still don't own a cinemacity card, go for it and start earning points to exchange them for movie tickets!

Great place for shopping and the restaurants are also good.

I love their loyalty card program but too bad they cancelled some of its privileges (free parking)

The place is great but the sound is too loud and people have a hard time sitting quietly through the film.

Average cinema place, well kept, very expensive popcorn and foods and drinks that you can buy there, as is customary in Lebanon. It's only advantage is that it's in a mall and has some comfortable seating in the waiting area.

Was better previously but now it is mainly teenagers.

It became old with the seats dirty and uncomfortable but the staff and the handling were good

The seating system is a bit old where there is not much space between the rows. The snacks are not that good.

Cinema city.
Huge crowdy and extremely popular. Gathering families .youngsters even babies are there to enjoy. Shops are nicely decorated lampions mysicetc... just looking us a pure joy. Eyes are filled.....people enjoy ..labaki's movie CAPHARNAUM WAS FULL OF EMOTIONS ....YOU CAN SEE IT ALL IN THIS EXCELLENT EXCELLENT. ALL OF US SHOULD GO AND SEE. Cinema city isn't a bad place to watch some movies. The projection halls should be renovated especially its seatings.
