These people contacted my 94 year old mother in law, and my wife answered their call. They know all the contact information including physical address, and date of birth, even the amount of her bill with AT&T. They were told we are not interested and hung up. Moments later a different person from the same company tried to convince my wife it was a good deal, all she needed to do was give them the routing number and account number of her bank and they would take care of the transfer. Again, she told them she wasn t interested and they hung up. She tried calling back both numbers and both numbers received a recording saying , they were no longer in service.

I honestly cannot understand the hatred this place receives! They treated my grandmother with kindness and offered her much hospitality! Some girl who worked the desk named Caitlin was even so kind to offer her a special deal that promised an additional 30ms of Internet speeds for a small fee of $450! I LOVE THIS PLACE, 1 star rating from professional rater Mason Lang!

This company is absolutely horrible! Stay away! They talked my 83 year mother into changing her service. She was immediately regretful & felt like she had been tricked. I spent hours on the phone getting her back with AT&T. Now this unscrupulous company is charging her an outrageous amount of money for 1 week of service. I can t believe they are still in business. If they ever answered their phone maybe this could be resolved. City communications you should be ashamed of yourself. Talking money from elderly people is despicable.

Don't trust this company. They offered me internet at at discounted price. Att guy came to connect and told me it was only 1mbs. Tried to call the company and they couldn't find me in their system and said they only offer home phone service. I tried for 3 days to get them to cancel the service. 8 didn't even bother using it. I unplugged it as soon as the Att guy left. They are liars. Don't do busy with them.

They contacted my 84 year old mom with the promise to save her money on her landline, she told them she would have to think about it. The next day I called them and they had indeed changed her phone service I asked them to cancel and they agreed, two days later the bill came in for $14.00 more that offered. At the moment she can not use her land line. I am trying to get her old service back and City Communication is not being helpful to correct this problem we are going on 2 weeks now. Do not use this company they make promises to seniors and take them for a terrible journey.

If I could rate this company a zero , I would have. They target the elderly in the worst fashion. They should be charged with elderly abuse. They have the worst customer service of any company I know of. They are so dang rude. The majority of the time when call, you are on hold for hours and when someone does answer they pass you on to someone else. The FCC should shut this company down.
