City Centre Rotana Hotel Review

Awesome!! We did the high tea at this hotel the Caramel Lounge. The experience was amazing. From the moment we arrived until we left - everyone was so pleasant! Marc was our wait staff and his service was lovely. We were impressed with everything he did, he is the epitome of great, pleasant customer service!! Thank you Marc! Also, the manager, Hamid, was courteous and lovely. The entire experience was fabulous. The lounge piano player was amazing. A nice added touch. The teas, drinks, food were all delicious! You will not be disappointed. The scones with the lemon curd and fresh berries is delicious. The best I have ever had! Beef Wellington to die for! You won't be disappointed!!

It's ok but not luxury I visited once in the bar it was ok but if want to smoke you have to go to outside which is not fair and the bar also very small

Spent a single night here. General Rotana Comfort however the buffet breakfast wasnt that good.

Downtown hotel. It's a pity that I have been here 2 times, all for meetings, so I didn't live here. However, the service staff is very kind. I always stay at Rotary Airport. Doha is very upscale and the breakfast is delicious. It costs 450 credits per night. I want to be more expensive than this one!

Out going Ambassador's farewell dinner, City Centre Rotana did an amazing job. The music and food was A+ and the hall was also beautiful. Loved the reception and the service. There is a guy there next to the coffee place who plays heavenly music on his piano. Maaaaannnn!!!

Excellent facilities, Bostons bar is a favourite. They serve sausage by the metre!

Many construction works are going on inside the mall. Paid parking on hourly basis.

Very good hotel. Free valet parking & rooms are welcoming.

Good lounge for celebrations and meetings and lunch in an open buffet

Best Iftar dinner...all the food was fresh and delicious

Great place for shopping and and the great thing about it that my hotel Rotana have a bridge Linkin the hotel and the city centre

Hotel has great location near city center and good venue for business travellers and meetings. The entrance is hard to find and the drop off valet parking area at the entrance is very small and can be super busy during crowded times.

Excellent modern facilities with attentive and courteous staff

After a bad start at check in when I decided I would not stay here again, the follow up from the Duty Manager has totally changed my mind on this hotel. As a regular visitor to Doha I have stayed in many hotels here and I chose this hotel as I was here over the weekend and location is excellent. Rooms are large and very highly speced. Well worth upgrading to Club - lovely lounge and excellent breakfast. Still not happy about paying US$ 5 for a Nespresso pod but apparently that is under review.

Room well, service ditto, pleasant staff, always at your disposal, present but not insistent. Perfect.

Good place to hold function. Walking distance to Metro station.

Fan of bostons nachos and mushroom tachos.very good food peaceful environment.

Staff are accommodating. The rooms and facilities are excellent.

I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay in this hotel, it attracts you with nice rooms and great location but the management system is very very bad, the worst hotel reservation experience ever. They will block the amount on every credit card possible and stall the releasing of the amount, besides no explanation is provided plus check-in is very late pass 3pm and the answered is that they already sold the room to other guests even though we confirmed prior to the arrival.

A wonderful hotel with varied options and wonderful restaurants and a delicious and delicious restaurant Zitouna wonderful atmosphere and taste of special thanks to Chef Hassan and chef Hamid for the taste and wonderful experience

A good shopping center with reasonable prices and plenty of shops in the heart of Doha. But given the luxury of other shopping centers, this one looks gray)

Rotana Convention hall is a great fecility to those who want to conduct a proffesional meetings and classes. It provides translation devices for foriegners and domestics. Great ambience.!

Had a great fatour there, yet it was a bit over crowded still good service
