i had arrived to breakfast 10.20 am and just in 5 minutes all the food collected by the staff ! also , they did not cook eggs for us !

You can get a taxi or uber to the city centre for about 50 - 80 Riyal. It's a very nice scene all the way, especially at night. There are a lot of very large buildings and everything is very clean. The heat is a bit unbearable, even at night. The streets are full of hookah bars, offering a wide range of flavors. Prices are quite fair, especially being such a big city. The locals are very friendly.

Excellent facilities and lovely lounge on the 24th floor

Went there for a weekend escape, found it very pleasant. Staff is friendly and facility very elegant especially the pool side which also caters a play area for young children.
The welcome fruit basket which was part of the package turned out to be chocolate dipped strawberries and had to be asked for.
Some of the facilities like Saloon still not operational and the steam and suana rooms were not optimal.
Overall had a lovely experience

Olive Oil Buffet is on First floor 119 QR person its a very good. Went Casual and no one complianed about shorts but you might feel under dressed due to the bussiness casual clients. Boston Bar and Lebanese resturant where on the same floor. Couples massage after you fatten up is 599 QR on the 3rd floor.

Had an amazing time last night at Boston's. Nice ambiance, lovely music. Raul from Boston's bar was great has good knowledge of the menu and friendly hospitality.

Had iftar buffet.it was good with many dishes especially the desserts

Bodylines Spa is a very good place if you wanna have a good reinvigorating massage. The price is decent if you have the Urban Point, My Book or Entertainer. The stuff is friendly and really there for you. Ana the Manager is a set up as example manager and I guess her team follows her lead by providing the clients with a one of a kind experience. I am going there every weekend. Differently recommend it!

Very unprofessional and bad management.
The restaurants have bad service and quality of food is poor. New year eve celebration was not up to standards

The Den is a cosy non smoking bar with control on the number of guests meaning it is never overcrowded.

City Center Rotana Doha. Its suit's you to accomodate people in business specially seminars & presentation. Place is very clean and make u comfortable all staff members are very attainable for request and help.

It's direct access to city center Mall is one of the unique feature. Overall nice and quite hotel. Perfect for family stay.

Food taste is poor. Buffet collection is very ordinary comparing to their price.
