The City of Theater, formerly known as Teatro Politeama, is a multi-purpose space located in Cascina in the province of Pisa for theater, visual and cultural arts.

It was, I think the context of the show "Renzo Arbore's Italian orchestra" that aroused so much enthusiasm and participation. For the inconvenience of the stepped gallery I must say that it is a scourge for the knees and for the seat !!!!!

Very welcoming environment ... my daughters (aged 5 and 1.5) had a lot of fun ... good food.

Beautiful for now, it is slowly degrading. We hope that they also take care of the greenery outside.

Externally it is a little crumbling as well as the armchairs as well as being quite uncomfortable.
For the rest, excellent audio and good visibility ..

The city of the theater is located in a hamlet near Pisa. The show I attended was very beautiful. Geppi Cucciari was fantastic, ironic, fun. The audience applauded several times like it in the open scene. Unfortunately I have to report that I have noticed that the maintenance of the theater is very scruffy: the chairs demonstrate the signs of aging, the armchairs were torn

The complex has several rooms of different sizes, including a hall with around 700 seats and one with 200 seats. The program offers a great variety of high-level shows. The structure is equipped with toilets for the public and bar service and can be easily reached from the neighboring municipalities. Very recommended.

Today we are on a school trip to see a show dedicated to Gianni Rodari. Comfortable armchairs, good acoustics. I liked the environment and I think I will come back again.

Attended the New Year's Eve at the Paolo Ruffini show. The character has difficulty covering the whole evening and the organization of the end of the year toast was painful: long line to have a glass of sparkling wine, panettone out of stock, distribution finished after midnight

Beautiful theater, we were for an essay, beautiful dressing rooms and lots of space. The only drawback is the lack of air conditioning, which makes a difference when it is very hot.

Crumbling exterior, but interiors with armchairs still in excellent condition and comfortable. View of the good stage from each session. Too bad that without air conditioning it suffocates ...

The programming of the theatrical season is interesting.

It is a theater not very large like the Municipality itself, however many times there are beautiful programs and for this reason I appreciate it even if, perhaps due to a lack of funds, it cannot adequately maintain the structure. Many Sundays there are also performances for children.

Concerning the representation of prose shows, the audio in the Sala Grande is low and therefore the thread of dialogue is lost
