The company's lack of empathy and understanding for their clients' needs is staggering. They seem more interested in making a quick buck than in providing a quality service. The staff's poor behavior and attitude left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Investing in this company is a risky move, considering their history of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. Dealing with this company is a guaranteed way to feel deceived and unsatisfied, as they frequently fall short on their promises and provide subpar services.

Unnecessary stress and inconvenience were caused by delays and errors in visa documentation. The visa fees and additional charges lacked transparency. Proper updates and follow-up on visa applications were not provided by the visa consultant company.

The company's outdated website, stuck in the early 2000s, frustrates users with its lack of functionality. Like searching for a needle in a haystack, the disorganized and cluttered website makes finding information difficult. Burying key details deep within the site hinders users from locating critical information.

The service provided is notably subpar, primarily focused on fee collection. Appointments prove fruitless, offering only rudimentary information and inadequate responses to inquiries. Citizen SL approached me, suggesting I apply for Romania's Citizenship by Descent program. I applied, hoping for assistance in verifying the history of my great-grandfather who lived and worked in Romania, only to discover later that my documents had been falsified.
