Excellent appointment with Liana from Pension Wise,went over my situation and got some great advice and guidance.Liana was really nice and helpful and I would not hesitate to use these services again or recommend them to anyone needing help and advice.

Waited five and half hours spoke to adviser. Gave me appointment for month and a half later ...worked night shift so walked about for 2 hours so would not miss appointment at 11.got there and lady said wasent booked in had card with time and date adviser forgot to put it indiary a was really upset said they phone me and fit me in 2days went bye nothing so phoned twice still no answer to say am annoyed is under statement left message on the twice i tryed to phone ... so some experience was told would get great help and support here ???????????

Done as much as possible to help me out and were very polite and forthcoming.

Pretty useless. Adviser called Maureen came in and the first thing she told me was she was smoking splits the night before. Really? Not something I want to hear at one of the worst times of my life. She went in and out of the room a dozen times. Eventually i asked to see another advisor who spoke some sense. Left feeling more confused than when I went in.

This place is a god send to us....Mandy is an angel and so courteous and so helpful the advice centre is a wonderful place for helping local people....we are so lucky to have it and everyone there works there socks off to get you sorted no matter what your issue may be....very grateful

Very helpfull staff who are polite and knowledgeable.

I been 3 times and it's so provissional and very hospitality place i really like it.

Can't believe the amount of people that moan and complain how long they have to wait to see an Advisor . These people are volunteers they do not need to help you but they give their time up to do so . I have always been treated with kindness and respect form the Advisors when i have been in . Maybe take a leaf out their book next time you moan your not getting dealt with quick enough . .
