Fatal. They have wasted a lot of time. They ask you for some documents to verify your employment status and things like that. Then they ask you for others. They have been the opposite of professional. Why can't they order everything at once?

In the first place, we consider that the management of its workers, both commercial and those who are dedicated to reviewing the solvency of the candidates, is quite poor. With regard to the former, they have made us dizzy a few times, going to visit the apartment at times where there was no sunlight, and the houses without electricity, using the mobile flashlight to see something. One of his commercials not only on a couple of occasions did not even know what specific floors we were going to see, but he did not stop talking on the phone with other clients, interrupting the visit constantly. They also showed us floors that in principle could not be taught since they were neither painted nor fixed.
After two weeks of waiting to see if any apartment was leaving, as these are rented very quickly, we were informed that there was an apartment available and the relevant documents were sent for the evaluation of our solvency. We had already attached these documents to your commercial about 3 weeks or so ago.
Not only did they not let us do the previous study before having the final floor, otherwise, not wasting time, but after two and a half weeks of waiting, we were refused to continue with the process because according to the commercial we did not comply with the economic requirements, despite touching the 50,000 per year as a whole.
In addition, at the same time that this was decided, they had already reserved the apartment to other people. This makes me think that you already had the flat with another person and that you gave us an excuse not to rent it, doing someone a favor.
