If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. It was the most absolute horrible hotel and experience ever for me. It took 40 minutes to take the elevator. Out of the 8 elevators only 3 worked. I had to walk down 15 flights of stairs with my kids. The room was muggy and needs upgrading. The staff was rude and especially the Manager at the front desk. The elevator at the parking structure was stuck my husband had to manually open the door. The pool was disgusting! We ended up leaving and only stayed there one out of the 3 nights. I would never stay or recommend anyone to stay there!

Not a bad hotel, just doesn't make since to not be able at access the other floors of the hotel via the elevator. Especally to visit family or friends whom you are on vacation with that happen to not get assigned their rooms on the same floor.

This place was a highrise Motel 6: room was clean, but very basic (no coffee pot or kettle, no fridge). You're DEFINITELY not getting room service here. The price (with resort fee) was ok. Free parking was a nice perk. Check-in staff was very friendly.

Check-in, though, was a NIGHTMARE. Our flight was delayed by weather, and we didn't get in until 1am. Shouldn't be hard to check in that late, right? NO!! It took us an hour (timed it when I saw the airport security-style squirrel run) to get through that long, long, LONG line. That alone would make me consider staying elsewhere.

Only because I had to give at least one star or else I would give a negative. When I first stepped out of the elevator to get to my room I smelled a very hard vicks smell all through the hallway. Then my sister told me that was the smell of Raid the bug killer. Well sure enough we found three cockroaches alive. They where crawling on my husband's shirt on the wall and alot more on the floor dead. I complained and it seemed like they already had known about the problem. The manager didn't even want to see the pictures or anything it was just a sorry go to the front desk and we will change you rooms. Well they tried to upgrade us and give most of our money back but I just couldn't stay there specially with my kids. I had to leave and get away. No thank you for the room change you shouldn't never have people stay in those rooms knowing the problem until it is dealt with. Never again.

This place is AWESOME for kids. The upstairs basically is a 24 hour carnival for kids including carnival games with prizes, shows, food and treats. My kids loved it. Unlike a more upscale hotel/casino the downstairs where the casino is located is pretty stinky and I found the rooms to be below satisfaction the one time I stayed. But, it's cheap and very kid friendly so there's a plus plus.

Not that I dislike it, but it is time to implode. Rooms were dirty, casino was way too cold. According units all need cleaning. We checked in 8 couples, every action unit was filthy. I black lighted our room, urine and vomit stains on the carpet, walls and ceiling. But, no bugs! At least there is one plus.

We didn't stay here but checked it out during our last stay in Vegas. Definitely a place for kids. Low cost souvenir stores, plenty of things for the kids. Tons of rides and carnival style games plus modern video games.

I was disappointed that the dome closed so early on a Friday night. We got here at 830 and didn't get into our room till 1030. It took us nearly an hour to check in. After check in we had to goto rv parking for our uhaul because you can't just park in it regular parking. Well the spot they gave us was to small. When I called the front desk it took 20 mins for them to answer the phone. I understand it's a Friday night. I understand it's busy. But when your security can't even get ahold of you to explain what's going on that's a problem. We did have fun the next day before departing at the arcade.

My experience was better than the reviews. Kids had fun. Clean rooms at the manor lodge. The elevator didn't work for a day and a half. Had to get new card keys twice because they would stop working after a day. Staff delivered the keys. Reception, security and housekeepers were pleasant.

Smells like an ashtray both the rooms and casino. First day the hallways smelled strong of pot. The hot water was instant in the sinks. And the room service was excellent. The room safe was unusable.

This was such a great experience!

This was such a great experience!

We travel to Vegas with our 6yo son and use a sitter in town for the evenings.
Staying at this hotel made the experience much better than our last visit for him.

Not only could we access the amusement park during the day, but we were able to go out in the evening and he could do a variety of activities at the hotel.

This kept him busy late at night, ensuring that we could all sleep in daily after long nights.

Perfect place for families and there is somewhere to stay for every family's budget because they have different areas priced differently.
We grabbed a groupon deal, but decided to upgrade when we arrived.

Steak house inside circus circus, Great food. Can be pricey but if you love to enjoy great food, it's worth the trip. Service impeccable, food some of the best I have tried. This is our second visit. We will be back!

2.5 stars. This is an MGM property, but they don't put much $ into it. It is old and smells funny. There are many things that weren't working properly when we were there (elevator, escalator, people mover). My updated room was probably updated 20 plus years ago. However, the rooms are cheap and if the only thing that matters is price and you want to be on the Vegas strip then circus circus is an option. With your stay you get some passes for their water slides. The free circus acts were decent. We paid an extra couple bucks on our room, so that we can get two buffet passes. The buffet is like a HomeTown buffet but more choices and we would have never eaten there unless we had the passes. The regular price for the buffet was about $25 for adults and $16 for kids (way too expensive). A better option is to go to the Aria buffet which allows free meals for kids under the age of 12.

I stayed in one of the outer buildings (not the tower) so I realize that it is probably not as nice as the newer rooms. But, I will not stay at Circus Circus again. My in-laws were staying in the motor home park and invited us to stay the night with them. Turned out they did not have blankets, pillows, or any actual beds.... so we got a room at the resort. The room was junky, no extra blankets. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, and there was a hole in one where maybe a phone used to be.
When we during the day I felt like I shouldn't leave my duffel bag. Good thing I didn't leave my bag in the room because the cleaning staff threw away all my bathroom stuff that I left in the room plus all our snacks that we left on the table.
Circus Circus were not very accommodating. They waived the $30 resort fee for our two night stay but that didn't even cover what I spend on bathroom stuff and food in addition to what I would spend to replace what they threw out.
Nope. Won't be staying there again ever. The adventure dome is fun for families though, so there's that ...

Circus circus was one of the first casinos my parents took me to when I was a young kid. I love how they still have the carousel bar where you can watch the acrobats. I think they turned into smoothie shop now. But back in the 80's it was an actual bar. Still a great place to go if you have small children.

Overall wouldnt stay here again.

You cant complain about the price but the hotel requires a lot of urgent maintenance work. $15 beers and $25 cocktails by the pool ensured that practically nobody was drinking.
The interior is better and is less in need of some TLC but stinks of cigarette smoke and the pokies / slots are dated.
We stayed in the motel part which is below a Motel 6 with tiles coming off the bathroom wall and headboards that look like someone was murdered against them. It is 1.6 miles to the strip but a bus leaves from outside. Generally poor but not terrible.

Pretty fun quite place and friendly staff. Overall I had a good time. Bunch of rough looking chicks hanging out in here. There were a number of women who offered me sex for money. Maybe that is just Vegas but be careful.

Tower Hotel rooms are simple, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Housekeeping services is extraordinary, as they did a fabulous job each day. The atmosphere in the hotel itself is constantly chaotic. The air purification system must not work, because the smoke fumes sting your eyes, throat, lungs, and the stench lingers on your clothing. Not a great place for anyone with respiratory issues or concerned with second-hand smoke exposure. Too many people walking around with lighted cigarettes and vaping paraphernalia. The traffic and parking is a nightmare during peak hours, especially weekends. Overall, for a place designed to cater to families and kids, consider staying at other MGM hotels. It will be better for your health.

This is not a bad hotel. Stayed in the Skyrose Tower. Room is a little dated and had pizza boxes left in it on top of the cabinet that was in there. I guess houseboverlooked it because it s a really tall cabinet and I don t think I would have looked but there was a slight smell so we went looking for it. Other than that the room was clean. The hotel was convenient and had a good price. Only thing is that we came from Florida and got to the hotel around 2am and couldn t check in until 11am. Next time I have to be more careful about that. But overall not a bad hotel at all.

Place is OK. You get what you pay for. We stayed at one of the manors and the bedroom didn't have a fridge or microwave. I always check for cleanliness and the filters in the A/C were dirty/dusty. We bought somefood and left to the strip for a while. When we came back we found a roach in the room, i killed it and we went to bed, the next day we had the room cleaned but the roach was still there. :( Really dissapointed about that! ; the Hotel/Casino is fun though.

Was here to play at the casino, and to explore the circus. It was quite an experience seeing all the games you'll find at a carnival, along with an actual circus balancing act performance that's extremely old school with a drummer and a keyboardist at the front of the stage. The arcade games are also quite an experience if you're up for some adventure.

That said, the overall facade of the hotel is old and dated. I did walk over to the Adventure Dome, and to explore the rest of the hotel. None of the shops nor walkway excited me, beyond the many slots machines that they have all around. It's also a little far out from the rest of the strip, which makes it even less of an incentive to travel this far out for an experience like this.

There where so many bad things about this stay that I am having to pick and choose which ones to emphasize. For starters there was a huge hole on one of the wall's on the hall where we were staying. Which made everything extremely humid and gave off an awful smell. Then there was a leak in our room getting the carpet next to one of the beds soaking wet. To the point where you could see some of the water on top of the carpet at some points. We did not notice the leak until we got back from sightseeing. I immediately notified the front desk as well as house keeping and neither one of them did anything to acknowledge the problem. The room also had a fowl odor and we aked for a few extra pillows and were told they would be brought up to our room and they never where. Unless you really like the hotel and it's amenities just spend an extra few bucks and stay somewhere else.

Although it's a little warm it is a classic here in Vegas with actual circus acts performing in the center of the Big Top. They have actual arcade games upstairs for the children it's just like being at a carnival. It's the only place that I have found that you can play actual real quarter slots like the old days of course you don't win anymore either way. There is also cool roller coaster in Circus Circus in the new building. If it's your first trip to Vegas you should at least go see the classic Circus Circus Casino. I have never stayed in their hotel so I can't comment on that.

If you want to have a good time go to mandalay bay. Circus circus rooms are gross. Smells not cleaned. The process to check in was a joke. Hordes of people in the lobby. Elevator was broke. Took 1 hour to get to my room. It was just sad. The do not handle social distancing well. All they want is money. They care nothing for your health nor time

Very outdated but very cheap. The bungalows are like a rundown motel 6 but the tower rooms aren't bad. Only place in Vegas that I know of that still has slot machines that take and pay out coins. The pool is very kid friendly. Also has a great buffet. Rooms, casino, and buffet are very clean. For the price and what you get, I have to give it 5 stars.

Staying here is not exactly ideal for a couple of reasons. The hotel and amenities are very outdated and historic. It's cool to see from the outside from a nostalgic point of view, but not much more to offer than that. The location of the hotel is on the far north side of the strip, which is also in need of a rennovation. The hotel offers an indoor theme park

The clerk at the counter was great. She gave us an 'upgrade' to a room in the main building. Room was spacious and clean. Soft towels, comfortable beds, and barely heard outside (hallway and rooms next door) noise. Check in wasn't so smooth, possibly becuase of third party booking, but I would go back.

The wait time to check into the Hotel was over an hour. The Manor where they put us is about a 1/4 mile from the Lobby. I booked a King Room. They gave us two queens. I booked a King because I didn t need two beds. The room was DIRTY with food stains all over the room. It was missing tiles in the bathroom. There was stains on the walls and ceiling. The chair had white stains all over it and was ripped up. I called guest services and got the run around...and was promised a maid. We waited over two hours and finally went to the Lobby and was able to talk to a manager. She gladly swapped rooms and helped us secure a better room for our second night. She was the best part of our stay.

This is probably one of the best places to take kids when you're visiting Vegas. It is a small but large indoor amusement park with rides and activities for kids of just about all ages. Not only do they have rides and stuff, they also have rock climbing and putt putt. Must check out if you have children.

This is the worst hotel you could stay at ever. We had reservations and they couldn't find it when we had drove 10 hours so they had to put us in a room that looked like a dam jail cell. We were suppose to be in a room over looking dome and pool and to see fireworks. They did nothing about but moves up to top floor to were all we could see is the top of jail cell and construction. No free food no comps no I'm sorry. And all the staff are rood. This was our first time in vegas and it was horrible .I wont ever be returning and they got alot of money out of us. I will be making a corporal complaint. Since managers here wont help.

Was nice for the groupon price. Very crowded check in could possibly be more streamlined. Children friendly areas are pretty compact for the crowd size. Was expecting the circus show to be one long show but it is broken up into acts every hour and there is not much available seating. I recommend if you want to avoid long lines plan to start your day early and just find other things to do during peak afternoon and evening times. Overall, for a last minute booking it was enjoyable.
